Not relevant as I stated. You can't sell one under Ferrari rules so there is no market hence no market value. The value will be determined when there are legit sales and when the next one is announced. Until then its always desperate buying that does not represent what the market value will be. An F12B sold for $800k when one of the first ones was sold the same way and that was ten years ago.
I have every faith the cars will continue to trade at very high prices, time will tell where the true value is. The TDF was trading well above £1m for RHD units when they first hit the streets, prices dropped well below that for a long time and now asking prices are just under £1m again a number of years later - whether they sell for that is a different matter. You make an excellent point that this is the "last of the last", and to be clear I don't disagree with you at all in the long run. I just think prices will come down when the cars are more readily available, per basic supply and demand, before they climb back up to being regularly at $2m.
I fully agree they will probably drop from the first trades and we will be able to report those changes right here on this thread!
You right tdf are advertised just under £1mm they are however far from where they do actually sell in europe. In france, Switzerland / Germany they do sell ( and i know of a few cars that sold recently in France and Switzerland) in the region of 1.4 to 1.5 mm euros depending on spec that is somewhere in the region of £1.3mm. The UK market seems to be lagging behind and has yet to catch up.
UK market is weird, I noticed that UK SF90s are at least £100k under list but in the US I believe they were way over and even now, slightly over list.
Cars in the UK are hugely undervalued compared to other LHD markets , US & Europe. The question is for how long..

812 Comp coupes are out there. The Aperta is where its at. I would happily pay a premium for one of those! From what I hear, Ferrari only offered the option to purchase a coupe OR aperta. No one is getting both - can anyone confirm this?
My sales associate told me the dealership got 12 cars, 8 coupes and 4 apertas. They started at the top of the list Ferrari gave them and asked which car would you like. The first 4 took the apertas, so the rest got coupes. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
A few brokers are offering me cars at $1mil over MSRP on the coupes which is insanity. I wonder if the market will keep going up or stop there? I can't see the point in paying that much over... I'm sure someone will though
Good joke......... Suggest to google Seestrasse 74 in Bäch, Switzerland, or look here: https://autospar.ch/about-us/ Marcel Massini
Top clients were offered a choice between the two. The rest of the chosen clients were only offered a coupe Sent from my iPad using FerrariChat
I was at the factory last week and saw many competizione ( coupe and alerta) on the upper production line. It seems that it is going full steam. There was a separate special line for the SP3.
Anybody know why this didn’t sell? Or what the high bid got to? https://collectingcars.com/for-sale/2022-ferrari-812-competizione
I love this colour! It will be interesting to see how it compares to our one in blue which I think is a bit darker. Is the official name of it "Indigo Blau"?
