Anybody know when will be the first shipment to CA for 296 GTS ?

I have been waiting for over a year! any pro here know when we will start expecting 296 GTS in California? I am from Orange County area .

 

End of the year. Most won't see their cars for 2 years.

 

Not sure exactly when, but it's not too far away for the first US cars. My dealer said they got their first allocations on this month's call.

yeah in Socal we don't even see any show room car yet. As first time wanna-be Ferrari owner , really not sure if I can even get it.

I live in the US, I'm in South Carolina but my dealer is in Florida.

I don't think any dealers have the GTS demo yet ... not even sure if it's something they'll get.

I have just seen and driven the GTB dealer demo.

 

GTS feels very far away unless production somehow gets accelerated. It feels weird if they start GTS deliveries before they've even gotten a good chunk of GTBs out.

That said, I wouldn't be surprised if they prioritize Purosangue orders before the GTS. It hits a segment that Ferrari hasn't really addressed in a while, and it could stand a good chance of capturing new customers too. 296 GTS less so.

 

same here, we have GTB in LA as showroom car / VIP customer, even in Beverly Hill I have not seen any on the road yet.
Plan to message the sales once i see one on the street just try to give him a little pressure lol.

 

can't wait to see Purosangue in person, what a beast.

I was informed yesterday that Gts will go into production in October this year. I made the order for Spider the day they opened the option to order. In the meantime, I drive a GTB and I can tell you that this car is just perfect

I would anticipate first U.S. GTS deliveries in Sept/October 2023. I received the VIN today for my 296 GTS, so things are moving for U.S. cars.

That’s awesome on VIN. I didn’t think we would see one until next year, my dealer just (a few months ago) got their demo GTB. I will have to keep an eye on my myferrari.

 

Surely you mean 296 GTB VIN? As stated above, GTS production starts in Q4 2023. Might see a handful in the US late 023 but most likely Q1 2024

 

No. It’s a GTS. It will be an early car, no doubt, but I’m guessing US deliveries will start Sept/Oct 2023.

VIN effectively coincides with start of production - have you spec'd yet ? Dealer has to get allocation & customer spec finalised before any change to app and even then its not reliable eg a car with vin is clearly NOT waiting list

 

Great to hear and good for you. My GTB VIN is only 500 ahead of yours and is 10R so should enter production next few weeks. Dealer has been adamant the GTS (have on order too) was late Q4/early Q1 at the earliest, I need a word...
