Official Ferrari 812 Competizione and C Aperta value thread

I do not think that anyone on this forum with a Comp would like to immediately end their relationship with Ferrari.

 

Which is why a value thread doesn't make sense at this time. Those selling only represent the flippers and not a measure of a market for comparison value. More like black market right now.

 

I was offered one for 1.6m I did not buy it because I did not love the spec and for that much money, I need to love it. It sold very quickly to someone else.

 

That’s just crazy. If I had received an allocation I would have used it, tracked it and not sold possibly ever. Ferrari needs to tweak its list just a tiny bit . I wonder if a couple of these changing hands early actually adds to the hype. I know Ferrari doesn’t condone it but it does place more value on it in the early days.

There is a 812 Competizione currently could be offered in HR Owen London, I said “could be” because it hasn’t listed on their website, but it is now at their South Kensington showroom with a specs board and some big influencer said it is about 1.5 million pounds. The first owner is an official Ferrari Challenge driver but most of time the 812 Com was sitting in the showroom, it used be in Ferrari JCT 600 Leeds for months before moved to London.

Latest sale heard in the UK is £1.4m. A dealer is firmly asking £1.6m and a seller wants £2m to sell a tailor made lhd 812Comp ( coupe)! It seems the comp are converging towards the £1.5m mark ( more for the special / tailor made examples). Its a big gap to the tdf prices for a car less rare, less beautiful in many people’s eyes and less dramatic / pure to drive.crazy but that’s where the values seem to settle.

 

A high specification U.S. car is available for $1.8M

 

Right so once you add the sales tax it’s about £1.5m so it seems that’s where they’re settling

The person who made the value thread and said publicly would not be too attached to a single car & possibly sell. Who also said would wait if he wanted to sell, not ruling it out. Whatever, it is fine.

Did not pester you nor intend to. Something I made clear.

I told an asking for public awareness. Numerous cars are asking a million over. They are not selling for that. Having already bought 812 C(s) much earlier & recently.

 

Addendum: Nor have pestered anyone else nor intended to. Apologies to whoever if may have thought so. Individuals who discuss buying & selling prices can likely be interested in either of the two. I do not use FC for solely this purpose nor aimed to misuse it.

 

2 cars advertised in the UK, one at £1.8M from an obscure dealer, another one at £1.65M from a private seller.

 

One car sold in the UK recently at £1.4M that’s about $1m over list. And people are asking now even more to sell them fyi so i disagree when you say they dont sell $1m over

 

Do you mean the Alluminio Opaco one previously at HR Owen London? I know it was for sale but now it disappears. For the two listed cars can you give some hints about them? I don’t know there are still 812 Coms for sale.

 

The hrowen car sold earlier this year , another one just recently at £1.4M. A reputable car dealer was offered since one at £1.5. And two cars are listed for sale on autotrader, one from a dealer at £1.8M and another one from a private seller at £1.65M
They do seem to be fetching £1.5M+
