Why not penalty for Russell. If there ever was an "impeding driver" penalty it was this.

I've been pulling for Alonso since he beat MS straight up. I have a great deal of respect for his driving.

We’ll see where he is at the end of the year. Worse than 2 or 3 spots below LeClerc, then yes, look for someone else. There don’t seem to be many realistic options right now (maybe Lando? No idea how easily he can leave McLaren).

Furoni would complaint about Sainz even more if he was beating CL consistently.

Fact is Charles one lap speed when it matters is just mind blowing.
Really don’t understand the Sainz narrative when some are trying to put him as an equivalent driver compared with Charles..
Are people blind or with pure bad faith ?

People need to realize that Sainz isn't there to match Leclerc.

Suggest me a driver that is the following:
As close if not closer to Leclerc
    Has Sainz' technical feedback
Has Sainz' capability of reading a race
Is as compliant as Sainz is to play the team game

Would be nice if he's available as well but lets just stick with the above.

    I'm waiting.

he was a tenth behind Leclerc in Bahrain.

I didn't see his lap here, maybe a mistake. I agree he should've been ahead of Russell.

If he was a match for Leclerc, Sainz wouldn't be the ideal #2 at Ferrari.

He just need to be tail-gunner in the team, and not have ambition for himself.

Finding an Eddie Irivine that happily plays the 2nd role and knows he's not going to have a chance against the team leader is practically non-existent.
