You are just disagreeing with me just to be argumentative lol . You know what i am getting at . Show me a good loser and i show you a loser . No room for the weak in racing , killer instinct comes with ******* tendencies.
Why being so rude? Again some drivers like Hakkinen, Hill, Button weren’t weak in racing. They weren’t *******s on track. Hill made a lot of mistakes in 1995 against Schumacher but it wasn’t his DNA. More the pressure after the Senna’s death. I deeply admire Max as a driver. He’s outstanding to be honest. But I really have no sympathy for him. Mika Hakkinen demonstrated you could win without being a *******. Period.
It's tough to say if Hamilton would have suffered from the same mental weakness as Vettel if he was in his seat. I wouldn't say either are necessarily bastions of mental fortitude. That said, I feel like he would absolutely have a shot.
Yet we had some good drivers who won titles and nobody could say a bad word against their driving. Jackie Stewart said it exactly when he said: "Use your aggressivity to attack more a corner, but don't waste it against another driver".
Mika not raised by a bully idiot father as well. Max is the faster driver. The world knows it. His reactions are puzzling at only Race-2 as if his winning will somehow make the world a better place lol. The title is his to lose and painfully obvious.
Jos brings negative press around when its not needed. Horner said last year they had a talk with him about his reactions and influence. Not certain that makes a difference to a hot head such as Jos. Its a RedBull problem. Im sure they have it covered. Someone posted Max seems better if Jos is not around. Maybe he is. For me the driver issues in RedBull from Brazil are there. They are not really sorted. Checo still feels them and Max is out to minimize that influence. Certainly Jos will.
Perez is no match for Max during this championship. No doubts about this. Track results will solve this problem quite soon. We are in for a boring Championship !
Yes and some predicted this lol But we have Aston growing and improving and we will see how Ferrari and Merceded develop. It wont be a LH vs Rosberg battle at the front. Max is much faster. I expect this title to be over record early. RedBull will sort their gearbox/axles issue quickly and continue to be incredibly fast. Then we have driver moves etc. Racing might not be much as we think the winners will be mostly if not all RedBull but we have other aspects of F1 to enjoy. Domination is nothing new. Max just needs to enjoy it more lol!
To be more precise about this domination. Just imagine for a second Prost or Senna team leader for Mclaren in 1988 with Johansson as a second driver. Then you will have a good picture for 2023..
Uh...Max's CAR is much faster... To think that Max is some crazy level above the other top drivers, speed/skill wise, in F1 is just silly.
Max is very, very talented, but he behaves as a spoilt brat and an idiot at times. I believe Jos to be a very bad influence, and to me at least, he is a disgusting person. Max actions in Brazil last year were stupid and bore serious consequences to his name and legacy. perez is perceived as a much nicer and honest person. Maybe max doens't care about it, but he should, nobody want's to be remenbered as a total ass!
As I have said numerous times (about Lewis) BUT When one reaches the skill level of the top drivers (like Max and Lewis), what separates the wheat from the chaff is between the ears. Through the years, plenty of folks had the speed to be the champion but lacked the brains to be the champion.
Max is taking the Michael Schumacher route rather than the Hakkinen one. Perez isn't nearly as innocent as the media portrays him to be if you listen to the full radios. He's definitely not stupid though, and knows exactly how the media writes the narrative against the easy to hate character vs the oppressed.
+1 1x world champion in an ultra dominant car, maybe. multi champion? They're a different breed very quickly. Between the top of the top guys, especially now post Schumacher-fitness-regime (where insane race pace could in part have to do with supreme fitness standards), laws of diminishing returns applies. And even then the cars' ultimate setup makes a difference. Max for example prefers an insane front end whereas other drives can't handle that, even multi champions...so put 2 of those alongside and we'd see Max the winner, but put a more stable car in the mix as the ''fixed setup'' car, and the other guy might just beat him. So even in equal equipment things aren't exactly equal. Leclerc described just how different todays cars are to the 2003 he drove in abu dhabi recently...the 2003 cars when the grip let go, you could still catch them. Todays cars have so much more weight at the back that when they go, they really go (side note: the laps he did in the 2003 car weren't pushing 100% for obvious reasons, but the same day had a 2017 car and on the same weight level the 2003 car lapped the same times! And that's with the 2003 on demo tyres...) In another interview Albon also said that he likes a really pointy front (much more than others) so was happy to join Max...until he drove his setup and found it completely undrivable and can't understand how anyone can drive with a front end that pointy.
In the end only a few drivers are able to win a championship. Nevertheless Red Bull should be congratulated for giving Max a car completely adapted to his driving style. In doing this they demonstrated again their technical dominance. Just realized they won four championships in a row with the far for perfect Vettel !
I rate him at about the level of Sainz. Max Alonso Lewis Leclerc Norris Russel Perez Sainz Ricciardo Ocon Hulkenberg Bottas Albon Magnussen Zhou Stroll Gasly De Vries Sargeant Piastri (all 3 rookies so not ranked, clearly Piastri is a lot better than last) The current field really is very strong. My reasoning is each level driver that's below the next can beat the driver a level higher on their day on merit.
Perez isn’t a victim. His fair play wasn’t his trademark during the Force India years with Ocon as a teammate.
