not for long, the left in the UK are steadily turning the screws on car drivers. They have a thing called ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) which will soon extend to all of greater London. If you drive any vehicle which isn't Euro 4 or better, you're charged £12.50 pre day just to leave your driveway.
