Issues with displaying non English characters

    Hi everyone,

    I’m having trouble seeing the non English characters in Roma’s centre screen and passenger display.
    They are displayed as rectangular text boxes with a question mark.
    See the picture attached.

    Are you guys also having same problem seeing non English characters via centre and passenger display screens?
    However, the ones (Roma sf90) in Asia can display non English characters.
    Do you guys know anyways to fix this problem?

    I see this same issue with “?” in rectangular boxes on the native Nav app on my US car’s centre screen. It’s presumably meant to be text identifying places of interest on the map. I have to check if language settings is causing this but it’s odd because the display and map data is in English anyway.

    Yah, I’m not sure why. I contacted Ferrari customer service Center, they said they will take a look. But didn’t hear anything back yet for half month already

    Maybe if we have more people telling them this problem, they can potentially make a solution.
    Because they told me this is a problem they never got complain about in before.
