Any degreaser and elbow grease. It’s on there, but enough hand pressure and it comes off.

I don't recall exactly per seat but remember that I did the entire interior. Yes, I did Connolly Vaumol. The issue is that today's Connolly Vaumol is not nearly as grainy as the original. I looked at CV from every supplier I could find. In order to get everything to match (because I'm super anal, ha), I decided to do the entire interior. It was around $21K. That was four years ago now, but I remember thinking at the time it was not a crazy amount for the entire interior and Fernando's level of workmanship.

He did a good job. Wondering if he still has patterns for the seat. Perhaps I should stop by some day.

You need those specific carbon door sills. Let me know when you are ready and I’ll point you in the right direction.

He also has RHD carbon E-Brake. That’s the first I’ve seen.

When I brought the car in he was working on a Dino and a Daytona, both with Daytona seats. That's when I knew I had the right guy.

Where? I've been looking for ones that match the carbon weave on my seats.

Since your seats are "twill" weave carbon-kevlar and in a carbon to kevlar ratio that is difficult to find nowadays, finding a match would be difficult. A twill weave carbon (missing yellow kevlar strand) door sill would probably be your best bet.

I don't get the carbon obsession. Fine, make seatbacks out of it, it's strong and light and therefore functional. But door sill trim? It's poseurish. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

I'm not interested in any parts covered in carbon or dipped to look like it.

If it's made out of carbon and lighter than original I want it. :)

The original aluminum ones have some weight to them. The cf ones are as light as a feather.

For some reason I was thinking they were steel.

The carbon roof gts is very cool. The harnesses kind of change it to keep the roof on or leave it at home though. (can't think it would be easy to stow it?)

Original is stamped steel. That’s why they rust.
