    Amazing!

Sounds like you are getting the end!

Did you have to do anything about your sticky buttons?

I hope so! I worked with Dave at StickyRX to refinish a Euro AC panel and to create the custom spec Fabio exhaust switch. Great experience working with Dave and StickyRX. I think EAG sent a few sticky things out to someone in the west coast…I’ll check back in on this.

Dave is the best. I pulled all the bits out of mine in 2017 and they still look as good today. Probably the most professional person I’ve dealt with re Ferrari stuff too. All packaged beautifully and sent back to me in Australia

My car had an Alpine unit when I bought it. My OCD didn't cope well with it so I sourced an appropriate Becker unit and attached a bluetooth adapter :)

    Thank Greg,

How easy was it to pull everything out?

    And then to refit?

At least the frame looks intact for the switches. Damn part is fragile. Took me years to find my spare US-spec/Fahrenheit climate control

For what it’s worth, I’m in the process of laser scanning and drawing up the 575 hvac panel to be able to offer a 3D printed replacement for a fellow f chatter.

We’re the 5” Audisons for the back or front speakers and did you add an amplifier?

The audison speakers were for the front door card. No new amplifier yet…I am going to wait on adding anything else until I get the car back in my garage!!

Does anyone have the contact information for the new EAG CEO? If so, can you please DM me? I'm planning on making a trip out to the Austin area.

Quick project update. Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend!

I was able connect a couple of times with Chris, the new EAG CEO. Long story short, EAG is trying to finish the completed project this month. The challenges appear to be twofold:

    1) The shift rod linkeage system is nearing R&D completion. EAG doesn’t feel as though this will be a constraint to project completion.

    2) EAG believes that a problem has developed with my immobilizer system causing a no start.

ECU Doctors has been recruited to help resolve. They advised me that their turnaround time is 5-7 business days…they should be in receipt of the system this week.

I really appreciate this community. I’ve met some awesome people that have gone out of their way to help and support me over these past couple of years.

I wish I could set up a poll to see how many of you think I will take delivery and drive my car this month!

Had a recent no start with my 575. Does the starter crank the engine? Will it start with ignition switch turned on then push FOB? Does the system “chirp” when FOB is pushed?

I am not certain, but my understanding is that we don’t have a chirp. Good questions…I’ll ask. I assumed the starter was still cranking.

The reason asked is that a common point of failure is the siren and not the immobilizer module. With age, the battery can leak and destroy the electronics. My 575 with above symptoms was fixed with a new siren. Not an expert but I would be nervous to have a “generic” ECU person working on my immobilizer.
