    Trying to gauge generational interest in classic versus new for FChat users. For the purposes of the poll, consider your oldest weekend car. So, if you're 23 years old, your daily driver is a 2010 Chrysler Pacifica and your weekend car is a 1962 Ferrari 250 GT SWB, go with 1962.

    And get a new daily driver...

    Sometimes that weekend/DD equation IS mutually exclusive. My DD is a 10 year old Ford Escape, while the Diablo and Ford GT relax in the garage. While I have a Wrangler 392 on order, not even God knows if it will ever get in. I just can't justify spending a bunch of money on a DD.

    My cars tend to be around my age. I'm 1966 vintage, and have a 68, a 69, but the 63 Bug gets me in the "young" category.

    Hmmm. Excellent question. Right now? I am way older than my cars. 60 years older, to be exact.

    Maybe 15-20 years ago I owned a 1960 Porsche 356B Super 90 for a short time. That's as close as I ever got to having a car that was older than me.

    About half my weekend fun cars over the last 20 years have been older than I am, but not for much longer. I won't buy anything pre-1980s, my birth decade, going forward.
