    Unfortunately, all the Mc Master ones are 1/2" width. The EGR valve needs 5/8" (16mm).

    The fuel filter holder is 20mm

    Adel clamps are available from Amazon and Home Depot. I have used commercially available clamps to swap rubber so someone has the right size.

    Thanks for the guidance. I guess I never thought to explore Home Depot or Amazon for car parts. I'll go look this afternoon.

    I ordered some from McMaster so we'll see if I can get the right sizes.

    I had all the hardware, clamps, brackets and bits zinc-chromate plated and would like the new rubber as I place them back in.

    Here is part of the pile...32 pounds worth...

    For the idle air control bracket I was able to use some off of amazon. You can choose the high temp silicone ones in black. I had to order a bag of 12 or something though. They are smidge on the small size but work. I think I got the 2" stainless cushion clamps

    Austin is such a black hole for anything industrial, automotive or electronic, Amazon is my biggest single source. I hate Jeff but I have little choice. Where I was I could have nearly anything by noon but not here.

    These clamps are very common in the aircraft industry and are available in a huge range of sizes. These are relatively inexpensive and available from aircraft builder supply business.
