    Taylor is super smart, business wise. She masterfully handled her music career every step of the way, and she was the literally the only celebrity to ask questions about FTX before signing with them (and to walk away from a $100m sponsorship deal because FTX didn't have the right answers). It's pretty difficult to not admire the way she's handled herself throughout her career.

    Her Manager or 'production company' somehow managed to get ownership of her catalog up until X date.
    She fired everyone but they still kept ownership.

    That's why she tries hard NOT to play her 'old stuff' at concerts, and only/mainly performs new material SHE owns.
