Aha! Indeed. I think you said the rear will be ‘the cause of much discussion’ or similar words. If you are saying it will be because of innovative design rather than polarizing design, that makes me optimistic! It sounds like your belief is that the F167 rear design will be well liked by most and that is encouraging.

I predict the base price of the F167 will be around $445k usd.

It has to be higher than the PS but it won’t crack the $500k threshold of the 1,000hp SF90.

Yes, it will make people talk, but I think 167 will be unanimous as it has not been done for a long time !
the exterior is made to age well

Hmmmm “It has not been done for a long time” … that’s got me REALLY curious now! Alright F-Chatters … day355 has given us the hint … now let’s come up with our top 3 theories on what he could be referring to!

    I’ll start:

    1. Horizontal slats and light bar like 80’s Testarossa and SP3
    2. Simple elegant 2 large rear round tail lights and shark gills
    3. Rear roofline transition like 250 GTO Series II because Manzoni clearly cannot get enough of that ( 812 C Aperta and 296GTB )

The flagship is what the OEM says it is in any given model year. They could even say they have a V12 flagship and a V8 flagship. Or soon an all electric flagship.

Totally agree - SF90 /SF90 VS for me no interest. 296 cancelled order and will wait for 296VS (and see if I like it). F167 100% if V12 and hopefully minimal or no hybrid. In the meantime plenty to spend $ on in McLaren, Lambo and Porsche world. Oh and Aston Valhalla way before any SF90 variant

As for Ferrari F1 an utter joke factory - how embarrassing for the brand to see hardly any "red" in the Miami grandstands but plenty "green", "orange" and "blue". But hey you can spend $10k on a Ferrari leather jacket :)

I wanted to buy two Ferrari hats for my daughter and myself as we are gonna attend the Barcelona Grand Prix. 490 GBP on Ferrari's website! For a freaking cap! Ordered 2 Ferrari branded ones from Puma instead...

I looked, could not find one more than about 120£, but that one was not red, the red one above is less than 30£

Years ago was quoted 'end of 2023', then another, more recently indicated 'Sept 2023', still others say 'some time before summer 2024', so, in the next year would be the best guidance that I can determine

LDM's departure Sept 2014 was beginning of end. IPO Oct 2015 sealed the deal. Downhill since. Steep lately, sadly.

If anything Enzo's Ferraris were all about performance. Today's SF90 and 296 are exactly in that spirit, much more than many past models.

Ferrari themselves say that the SF90 is their flagship...

Flagship? Prices are down 20% on the sf90 in the last year and so many were given back to the dealer for resale not to mention so many have numerous electrical gremlins. The 812 is an amazing car and exemplifies the brilliance of the brand. Sadly the path they have taken includes archaic electronic dashboards and unusable amounts of horsepower. An iconic brand should never sacrifice history or that status will disappear. Innovation and history and not mutually exclusive.

What does resale has to with anything? V12s also had large depreciation, depending on the market. Resale is not a representation of car's technical merits.

And with the executive team being computer nerds it might get much steeper especially if they don't address testing of all the existing electronics let alone add tens of millions more lines of gadget code without a giant increase in test and integration. You can't approach automotive networks like you would the Internet.

At best 20% - at worst try sell one with over 120+ available in Europe alone. People will take an enormous bath on the SF90. As to UI / haptics / UI usability - absolute dogs breakfast. Should have just bought a system from any reliable supplier and be done with it.

Lil hard on F1 - was in Miami at Casa etc great time and the team did well - far from a joke if you know how certain things went before the race.
SF90VS debut has not happened so how. do you know - good luck on Valhalla it's been pushed back so many times.
Loving the other brands but no need to put down Ferrari to do so.
How of you know there will be a 296VS - if you don't order a 296 and SF90 doubt you will get a VS if there even is a 296Vs.

The point is people are ditching them in droves which is reflected in the pricing. Look at the 812SF/812GtS. They are holding because they have a much better interface and feel even though they are slower and less agile.

I remember your legendary post from early 2019: Almost all of your statements about the
upcoming models have come true and therefore you must have insider knowledge...
The idea with the Testarossa/SP3 seems to be actually absurd, but also on autopareri.com
someone joked with that... So: is there in the end any truth to it after all?
Question to day355: Would you like Testarossa/SP3 elements (as described by Forza Scuderia)
    on a modern Ferrari GT?:D

Ferrari have a new generation of buyers, many of them from Asia Pacific. They are younger and less into tradition. They want gadgets, screens and launch speed etc, I’m not saying you are incorrect just maybe incomplete. All luxury brands are dancing to the tune of Millennials & Gen Z’s. I never thought I’d see Burberry doing streetwear but here we are. It is what it is.
