I've been watching these guys for years they are amazing at what they do. Recently they did a flooded 2021 812 GTS. This car was sold on Coparts for 290k. As I understand it the title will always have some rebuilt or reconditioned title and of course carfax will have the entire history so they aren't trying to hide it. In fact their repair videos show how little, if any, damage really occurs to these insurance complete losses. Research indicates roughly 30% discount off a no-story car. What would you pay?

I think your 30% off the going market rate is about right but if you are seriously considering buying a flood car make sure you fly out and see it in person before writing the check. Even if everything checks out it will be significantly harder to sell should you ever get to that point

Keep in mind, you’ll never be able to sell for what you paid. Salvage title Ferraris only make sense for professionals.
