    I am leaving this morning for Maranello to participate in my second Corso Pilota Classiche program at the factory. As luck would have it, I will only be 80 miles or so from the race this weekend too, great timing but unfortunately I will only be able to drive down on Thursday and peek around.

    I'll update this thread as the week goes by with pics etc of this adventure.

    Hung out with Marc Gene a little bit at a Corse Cliente even at Road Atlanta a few years ago. What a driver

    Bummed about all the flooding cancelling all the race. Hope it's dry enough where you are to get on with your plans!

    That was a fantastic event, and maybe the rain made it even better... (if i can say so regarding the tragedy it caused...)

    @Dr Tommy Cosgrove , it was great meeting you there ! Can't wait to see your pictures. Feel a bit sorry to have taken the trophy, it was totally unexpected, but at least the Ferrari Chat team was again on top :)

    Enjoy your Classiche driving academy and our Motor Valley visit. Unfortunately you came during one of the worst disaster that your Region Emilia-Romagna ever suffered. But the problems started from Bologna till to Adriatic sea: Modena and Maranello didn't suffer any flood.
