I don’t recall the Goodwood pits having a cinder block wall in back.

    From better days in F1:

Patrick Tambay at Zandvoort, 1983. Ferrari 126C3 came 1/2, Arnoux/Tambay.

In what way? The scuderia won the constructors’ championship in 1983. Perhaps you’re thinking of 1982.

    1952, 250 MM, at Monza.
Barring that, I'm going with Colonel Mustard in the library with the candlestick.

The meddlesome detail for me is the chrome circle at the front of the hood to rest the spring-loaded hood latch on. I don't know the cars well enough to know the sub-group of c/n's that has this feature.

I don't know what the pits at Modena looked like back then, but my associate Ignazio Googlini convinced me through photographic representations that those were the pits at Monza circa 1952.
