Excuse gentlemen, but do these BB and F40 pictures have to do with “Vintage” section ?
    Don’t they have their own sub-forums ?

It has been recorded as a sale and was hammered sold at the high bid BUT that doesn't mean it changes hands and even if it does what is illegal with a paper trail showing x sold it to y for 12 million EURO and bought it back for 11.5 million EURO a year later? Its not unknown that in cases of sellers remorse that people do indeed buy back treasured items so its neither illegal nor necessarily wrong. Indeed it only becomes illegal if a middle man is used as a patsy with the intent to take a loss while receiving false representation expressly stating they aren't a patsy (see JD Autos massive suit in a London court in 2018/9). That always requires the item to sell above its value causing an unwitting buyer to lose money based on false representation, not below its value which requires a seller to make a judgement call in the here and now although 12 mm EURO sounds low to very low. I guess a seller can claim to have received pressure from an auction house to sell but still the call remains with the seller and good luck with proving false representation around that.

I will do a list on the auction page when I get a chance, hope fully later today!

Do we know of any 312pb sale in the past 5 to 8 years?

Last time I checked on that market they were 2m but this was back when the shell Ferrari challenge was still a thing...

I have records for four 312PBs offered at auctions, Christies '90, Poulain '01, Brooks '99 and Bonhams '01 (none sold but the last three were all around the USD $1.5 mm mark). Last private sale I know of was #0882 through Kidston in 2013.

0894 supposedly sold (private sale, not auction) in 2018 from its long term home to another US owner.

    ???
What’s next, this will become dedicated section for every lazy poster to dump any and all pictures they “see/find on the net” (or take themself), just to make it more fun here ?
And here I thought there were still some people who take this stuff somewhat seriously ? I guess I was wrong.
