We think alike. I'm planning to keep my '21 Tributo forever, I have a manual GT3, and want to add an F12/812
My opinion is honestly the 458,488, and F8 in general are like 95% similar looking which is why I really think they are all incredible looking. Now I love the F8 because it’s my first Ferrari and it’s the newest of the 3 and to me it looks very unique. But had I gotten a pista first, I’m not sure I would have sprung for an F8. As far as 296, I think the previous v8 s are all superior in looks. But still the 296 is still growing on me, but not sure I’d keep it long term like I would any one of the v8s. I love how people use the word "period" to make it seem as if their opinion is the only one that's correct. I personally believe the F8, 296 and SF90 all look better than the Pista. Period.
I was simply referring to how the car drives. The Pista is lighter than the F8 and more tuned to how I prefer driving a mid-engined Ferrari. In terms of pure looks, obviously the SP48 Unica version is the best looking of all variants. It happens to be an F8 underneath.
I believe that your statement is accurate but has anyone actually weighed a Pista? My F8 Coupe with racing seats and forged alloy came in at a hefty 3450 lb. curb weight, a full 200 lb. heavier than Ferrari's claimed curb weight of 3250.
458 = perfect design.... Are you sure? Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
For those of you that voted to keep their car; are you purchasing the full extended warranty (2 years extra)?
I loved my Rosso Corsa F8 with bucket seats very much but traded it in for a Grigio Silverstone Pista. The F8 design is great and it looks fast even in standstill. Some elements are too fussy and the back is a tad too feminine. I wanted a Pista for the better chassis performance in corners, the more aggressive shifts and the more aggressive looks. I tested the 296 on track and through alpine curves. I like the design, the size, and the performance is incredible. I wouldn't buy one though, as I hate batteries. My 308 GTB remains my favourite and will stay with me forever.
agree- I started a thread a while ago saying F8 and Pista are the best looking Ferraris ever..and I think F8 is the prettiest/sexiest with Pista in second.
