    That was fun to watch. I haven't watched a full indy race in years..well since the Paul Tracy years honestly. I really enjoyed that. Seeing as F1 has basicly become the Redbull racing league..and that abysmal Monaco race today..Indy certainly has my interest again..

    I can’t remember ever watching another Indy where the race was red-flagged that close to the end. Plenty of times I wish they had been, but anyway, it dirties the air around the win unfortunately. Outside of that, no issues.

    In 2020 there was a yellow at roughly the same point of the 500, but due to damage to the pit lane attenuator they chose to finish under yellow (that was the no fans August race due to covid)

    In 2021, they threw a red flag at the end of the Detroit GP, and Power’s car didn’t restart, costing him the win. that was with 4 to go IIRC

    today was a bad precedent to start, next thing you know we have unlimited nascar style g/w/c restarts :rolleyes:
