That might be with one Swiss dealer and his own "rules", but clearly NOT with all.

Don't know why people are talking about deposits or really care about them. I'm sure the dealer would be happy to refund the deposit and sell the car to someone else, not like it'll be hard to find another buyer unless its a terrible spec.

Marcel is right. My dealer does not accept deposits until the car is presented and the final contract is made. Which is in line with instructions from the factory

Lost on contract discussion.
Two parties sign an agreement which binds to make a contract, exchange of value - solidifies contract. If you aren't party to the contract it's no one else's business / speculative.

 

Seems like it's all our business if you post about it here. Ha. If I want to keep something confidential I don't typically post it on a public message board.

True. I remember awhile back someone wanted you to change your name it caused you to share what you might normally not. Hope that makes sense.
My point - those going to VS debut / have allocation rom Ferrari FNA dealer are sharing their experience.

Been here for over a decade organized the first trip to Vegas - I don't make stuff up.
Very good friend was literally murdered who over shared on social media at his home - he spent a lot of time here and other places sharing his passion. It got him killed so easy on the insults.

I might be being a complete fool here and missing something obvious , but in the ‘spied’ factory red pic there appears to be 2 clear /Perspex type ‘ window ‘ type features in the bonnet(hood)…
Obviously it can’t be to showcase the engine which is further back - is this an optical illusion as apprear to be transparent , it could ferrsri ne looking at allowing a viewing of done igbyhf hybrid tech? Sitting here this evening in the Uk , on a National bank holiday with lovely Barolo , bolivar and a packet of Monster Munch looking v closely at that pic……

The two features in the bonnet looks like air ducts to my eyes. I'm no aerodynamicist, but I believe that's where the airflow of this middle part in the front will be lead.

 

Im having a lovely eve , thanks…. I see what you mean but I’m still uncertain - can’t see how air ducts in the bonnet /hood will flow in a useful way without creating turbulence in the ‘boot’…. The rear wing must require v particular air management from the front compared to the standard SF90…… How the spider would work with such a large wing will be interesting to see too …

 

I think they will go with a slightly different solution on the Spider. Smaller wing or wingless etc

 

Perhaps downforce in the front to reduce understeer which is difficult to overcome in these cars?

If you look at Huracan STO, those holes are massive as well as rear wing.

To get a wing, to my imagination, you have to balance the front with aero and this time it is a hole on the bonet?
And the road car does not require to manage the airflow that much since car has to be drivable at low speed too?

So with less than a month to reveal, it’s 1198 combined total Coupe & Spider, €900k to €1M, 100HP more 70KG less, Wing for Coupe Wingless for Spider, OTR mid 2024, anything else known..

 

Curious if these details are published anywhere or speculation based on things discussed here and elsewhere?

PS - the wing won't stop Brooks with Drag Times from running it against a Model S Plaid on the drag strip and then pounding his chest about how the Tesla is still king
