    The very last 250 MM built, #0390 MM, Vignale Spider, now being brought back into the Spanish colors red and yellow as raced by Alfonso De Portago and Harry O'Reilly Schell at Buenos Aires January 1954.

    The genuine and real high bid in February at Paris was 20 M Euro, I sat very close to the actual bidder, who is a friend of mine since long time.
    Consignor expected 30 M Euro, or at least 28 M. He should have taken those 20 M and run.
    5901 has zero race history and part of the bodywork has been replaced over the years. And 5901 has been on the market for years.

    Come on Marcel ! de Portago's spyder is absolutely the same than the 1953 Supercortemaggiore's one (de Oliveira's 0330MM).
    Same car. Same open air scope. Only windscreen and mirror were changed.
    0390MM was born as 0330MM...

    It is well known that 0330 MM became 0390 MM, just look at the build sheets. It is 0390 MM since 70 years.

    Owner would leave UK for his business so he will sell all his RHD cars, including the 275 GTB in picture, 07797, and a 250 GT/L Competizione conversion 5031GT, both cars are in Verde Pino.
