Been reading and commenting for a few months now, and never saw this section of the forum, so now i have here is my introduction I'm Jeroen living in the Netherlands, turning 30 within a week, and together with my dad we just purchased our very first Ferrari, a F430 Spider. Been searching for half a year-ish, seen multiple cars which were all either completely trashed, or needed so much in repairs we couldnt get to a agreed sale price. However the day before going back home from my sister in Switzerland to my home in Holland, this car came online, reached out and went to see it on my way home as it was along the way. After alot of thinking that night, the next morning (the day before my holiday, it was a very, VERY long holiday) i bought the said car, a 2009 Rosso Corsa F430 Spider, bucket seats, scuderia grille, CCB's the options that i wanted. The day after our return we went to pick it up (with 2 hours of sleep that night...) First on the list to do, is the exhaust manifold. We are looking at getting the IPE headers, price wise they look like the best deal to find, as far as im known, IPE usually is good quality, and they cost half of what Capristo's cost. Welcome. We just put Fabspeed headers on my wife's 430. You wish to check them out although they are louder than the factory units (I had second failure at just 21,000 on the clock. Also recommend you look into Capristo brackets.
Just seen your message, we are planning to go for IPE headers on the F430 as ive been able to get a good deal on it through a friend of mine. indeed ive been looking into the capristo brackets aswell
