Wanted WTB Mondial

Hi all, back to buy my third Ferrari from Ferrari chat. Got a Testarossa about a year ago and a 348 TB a few months ago (also found a 365 GT 2+2 a couple years ago for a friend). This time I’m looking for a Mondial that I can fair weather daily drive, must be a coupe but open to all colours and iterations.

I have a 1987 Mondial Coupe, Red/Black, 3rd owner always a California car, belt job done 2-yrs ago, only 986 Coupes were ever made, car is a 10 on the driver scale, shown in the 2017 Carmel Concours on the Avenue. 72k mileage, all work done under my ownership by credible Ferrari mechanics. Everything on car works.

There is someone I think selling a Mondial T convertible in the NorthEast Italian car club in the states. Don't know if a USA car is good for you (I think you are in Canada), but the car looked very good when I saw it about two weeks ago on a group drive/lunch. They have a Facebook group I would suggest joining and asking there.

 

Just bought a super clean one owner 83" QV coupe (one of 69 in NA), 29K miles, fresh major, everything is there, asking what I paid, $46K.

 

You just bought this.

 

Crazy, right? I'll probably keep it too, I'm just on the fence, don't need 2 Mondials but it would be fun.

 

I may know of one being offered.... ; )

 

Has not yet been advertised or listed, you heard it first here! ; ) Just pending final detail and photo shoot in the coming days.

 

I just realized you specified wanting a coupe... Mine is a cabriolet but the top is in excellent condition. I've only driven it in rain once but it was a hard rain at highway speed and it performed great and stayed dry. I've also driven in temps near freezing and found the heater to be more than adequate.

 

What year is yours? Interior and exterior color? My little ones would definitely fit in the back can you please send me details? Your location?

I believe the 1993 Mondial t cab I sold to an FChatter several years ago may be coming back on the market.by the same owner. I changed wheels to 355 wheels, with spacers.
