Yep! Thats me, will be back again to Spa this year, with the Spice and the Lola. We ended up second in group C, very surprised as had not driven the Spice before or raced in Europe.

Less than 2 months to go... Speaking with the organisers already a few months back they were expecting in the region of 8,000 to 9,000 cars for the clubs only, plus all the ones for the races, parades and displays. It ought to be a great edition!

If some of you are attending and still looking for a special accommodation, I can recommend a chateau 40 min away from the track. They have over 15 years of experience running events and working with some of the 24h teams, so very cars friendly. :) It's off market, and quite unique. I can share more info to those interested if you reach out directly.

20 Ferraris entered so far in plateau 1 to 6. No 512s yet. I really hope more Ferraris will be added. And I'm very curious what exposure Ferrari will get from the organizers. Celebrating a centenary without highlighting Ferrari's many victories would be a miss. I suspect there will be all sorts of parades. Let's hope there will be a Ferrari one!

    Very rudimentary:

It doesn't seem to accomodate for special parades for now. Like back in 2012 when there was a parade for 250 GTOs.

Too early. Wait a little, we are almost 2 months from the event. The detailed programme will come out in due time.

Trust me there will be lots of parades including very special ones between practice sessions on the friday and on the saturday before the actual races start.

I get to ride and drive in something very special in one of the club parades:) Something made in Modena though not in the suburbs;-)

If you really want early bird information, you can take a sneak peak at the information available in the media pack, including temp grids and entry list. But bear in mind it's work in progress...

Very little information on Artcurial's website about their LMC auction. Only one car announced so far (Porsche 962, chassis 962-154).

Usually auction houses seek attention long before the actual auction, so this seems strange to me.

It may be because they are waiting for the RM Sotheby's Centenary auction and the 24H to be over.

They now changed the name of that campsite to Ouest! Why I don't know. I have reserved a spot there as well, for parking our car! :D (all parking lots at that location were already sold out when I looked).

Does one need to reserve a parking spot, or is this just for people that are camping? First timer to this event.

There should be mention in the site below but even at the LM24 there was free parking but it was quite far on the other side of the airfield. If possible park behind the main grandstands on the back of pit straight bordering the airfield but on the closer side.
I go as a journalist so have a media pass and parking space and those who are with clubs bringing classic cars have their enclosures.

On saturday make sure you get there early to avoid traffic jams. You will walk miles bring good shoes and layered clothing as weather will be changeable it appears.

Marc, when did you receive confirmation? I still haven't heard anything yet, even though they asked about my insurance last week.

I was told weeks ago because I communicated with Patrick Peter's office about another matter.

    The official confirmation email arrived...yesterday.
