    I'm wanting to replace my ignition coil. It seems you have to be careful, as the cars can rev past 5500, and you want to maintain spark for sure...not that I go past that! I have an msd ignition, what do the experts recommend as far as ignition coil?

    Btw: why are you torturing your engine with Mercedes Diesel revs?
    A Dino wants to be driven hard, and at every tour you should achieve the 8000 peak at least once ( when the oil is warmed up correctly)

    The engine was last rebuilt in the early 80's. I know the 206's loved to rev, but the 206 seems to have much better bottom end torque, so I really didn't see the need to go past 5000. They do make a wonderful sound...
