Ignore that. Two red 550s on CC, the sold LHD has no history. This one, currently live, does.

Its nuts! I also have had 2 different e24 635CSi cars. I absolutely love the shark nose cars they produced, one of the best profiles ever built. But its gone Ludacris too. The Euro M6 models are nice, but i can't see how these cars are approching 6 figures.

    This also ended today...

1 million Percent agree with you!

Surely a 575 has to be the best Ferrari buy ever, then the 599!

These cars are ridiculous! I am not sure why I haven't bought one of them!

    OMG! Big Miles!

I wonder how much a 575 or 550 would be worth with 252k miles??

Maybe 7-8 years ago there was 550 for sale in Germany with 300k km's (185k miles). It had been owned by someone connected to one of the Schumacher brothers like manager or some such. It had been used to commute between F1 races in Europe. Sport seats and nice color combo. Asking price was 29k euros when everything else was 40k+. Cheapest ever in usual for sale sites I can remember. Didn't last long before it was sold. This was right before prices jumped overnight. Based on this one sample 200k+ driven 550 could be 70-75k euros in Europe today.

Now there seems to be another price jump going on in EU as many cars listed for sale are 120+ euros. Almost all cheap ones available have been for sale for long time. Once they are gone next new normal seems to be that 120+.

Very different styles. Even German Weissbier and Belgian Witbier (both white top fermented beers) are different, with the Belgians using orange peel, coriander etc and the Bavarians preferring a wheat-based cloudy unfiltered ale accompanied by white veal sausages and white mustard after church service on Sundays, and thence.

As to German lagers and Belgian double/triple ales, they are just different drinks.

I am in the German/Bavarian camp but not on a Sunday morning, I tried that once in Regensburg and it became a very long day.

Personal taste, but to drive a Maranello in, there is no choice, Bavaria and neighbouring Baden-Wurttemburg any day, the day finishing with a nice half litre of Schoenrahmer on the Austrian border.

High asking prices are nothing new though. Some cars sat around for years. If they sell, that's different. I wonder if there is anything coming up for auction on continental Europe.

Has the 25 year US import rule increased supply? 2021 would have been the first year available.
