AC Schrader valves have been leaking for a while now. So I decided to remove and replace, but both the high side and low side valve broke in half and left valve portion still in the hose fitting. 1st photo shows broken Schrader valves. 2nd photo shows AC fitting with the lower portion of the broken valve still in place.

1.) Is there a tool to remove the remainder of the valve core, or can someone give me some advise, please?
    2.) Any other suggestions?

3rd photo shows a bank of relays next to the AC evap housing on the passenger side, but the first relay appears to be missing a fuse.
3.) Should there be a fuse there? What is that relay for? amp size?

    Thanks,
    Jerry

Don't worry about the fuse, it is suppose to be empty. It is there to put a fuse in to check the operation of the ABS system if there are problems. For the valves, I would take it to an AC shop because I am sure they face this on a regular basis and have a special tool to get them out. Good luck.

Great! Glad it worked out for you. I thought about the easy out after I posted but was reluctant to repost and recommend given the soft metal involved. Those valves are usually not in very tight so I think that may have helped.

Not sure how you got the small tip out as well as the housing as the tip is not connected to the housing and generally falls into the line. Did you get both or just one?

He used an Ezi-out by the looks and got them both out. :)
