Me feel comfortable. He found a car that worked for me in short order and a deal was struck in a couple days - not only did Michael come through on all aspects of our transaction he found me a tool kit and put me on contact with a great mechanic that was able to handle all of my needs as far as where I wanted the car to be as I took delivery ! I have not stopped smiling and have Michael looking for my next F-car as I have been bitten by the bug. Thank you very much and I look forward to the next purchase.

I can't recommend Mike highly enough. On Monday evening at 8 pm his time, I called him out of the blue (having not really talked to him for a year) and basically said "I'm looking for a 488 Spider with no more than about 10K miles, in either resale red, arrest-me yellow, or blue. Options-wise I just need the lifter and the CF steering wheel, all else is gravy."

While still on that initial phone call, he texted me info on two cars and conferenced me in with the rep for the one car I preferred. By the next morning he had worked a solid deal on the car I liked, including an attractive discount. The thing is, this particular car is so loaded with options that I actually don't think there's room on the plaque for any more. While I paid a bit more than my initial budget, it was for a car with an original MSRP that was so far above the other cars I had considered, that the overall value for money was truly excellent. Mike also got me a free two-year Power 15 warranty. When you add in all that value, I definitely got a better deal than I had expected.

And I didn't have to do any legwork of calling around to dealers, texting, getting the runaround, visiting the car in person, blah blah. I think the entire transaction, from my phone call to a signed contract, took perhaps 20 minutes on the phone and 15 minutes of texting. That's it. It's taken me longer to get drinks at a buzzy restaurant than to buy a north-of-$300K Ferrari.

Mike is now helping me with insurance and arranging transport. Oh, and sending me a Ferrari polo shirt.

It's actually kind of scary how fast he made it happen. He might be an AI bot. Nothing else explains the speed

Why do you always harass this guys thread?

 

I don't mean to really- I just saw some thread awhile ago and there was a link in it (to him I assume) and was a video of some guy with a crazy excessive New York tough guy attitude and voice and it twisted me, I guess. He always saying how bad our cars are and saying the market sucks and selling t-****s on every comment he makes etc... I'm in the business and it just rubs me the wrong way. I don't like scamming, doom sayer, broker type people taking advantage of people etc. I like honesty in a business that gets a bad rap.... again, I really don't mean to but anyone who comes on and says Ferraris are trash and worth nothing and he'd rather have a corvette etc etc etc.... just doesn't seem like someone I can talk seriously and feel he's stealing money from members here and everywhere else where he scares people into selling etc....

who knows, I could be wrong..... hopefully that video in his thread awhile back wasn't even him.... and I didn't harass, I just said lol because I didn't believe the post about how he sold them a car fast and easy and all that crap.

 

I dunno about any videos. All I know is I called Mike and within literally 17 hours I had a deal signed on a terrific car.

Could I have gotten that car for the price he got it for? Possible, but unlikely.

How much of my time did I save? Probably many hours and days of contacting sellers, negotiating, and so forth.

Is there a value to that? Yes, for sure.

I can't speak for others. I can only speak from my experience. All I can say is, if you want to get a deal done and get straight talk with no BS, call Mike.

 

I have dealt with Mike and your representation is spot on. He knows where the cars are and is straight up in his dealings.

 

I have bought and sold several Ferraris through Mike. Only and only great experience. Not sure why you're picking on the guy. It's not the right thing to do unless you have a valid reason.

 

So let me see if I have this correct. A paid vendor has a thread where he buys and sells cars and has been around a lot longer than you here on FCHAT. You come into his thread and spew your rhetoric not even knowing if it’s him or not , and for what reason ? If it bothers you the way he does business please just move on. It’s appalling to me that you would do such a thing. I’m surprised you have not been banned here . If I were a betting man , my money is on a ban. Couple of comments:

1. My brain literally hurts after trying to read what you wrote. Is English your first language or is this how millennials just type these days? It "twisted" you - what does that even mean?

2. From what I can gleam from your post, you hopped on a thread of literally HUNDREDS of positive experiences (of which I am one) about purchasing a Ferrari through Mike to say that there is some guy who you're not sure is Mike who is saying bad things about Ferrari and you don't believe he could sell a car that quickly, except the story is told by the BUYER of the car and how impressed he was with the transaction, which really negates your point.

3. You say "I"m in the business" - of selling cars? Toaster ovens? Porn? From what I can tell from this thread, if I were going to buy something from someone who can barely form a sentence or the guy who has hundreds of positive responses an amazing stories about him, the choice for me is clear: Mike.

Just wanted to take a second to talk about my experience with Mike.
From the time I contacted him to sell my F430 until the money was in my bank was way faster than I ever expected. He was professional and he handled everything the right way. He’s made a Lifelong customer and as usual, I think he made the buyer and the seller happy. Transferring this F430 from my stewardship to someone else’s couldn’t have been handled more professionally than the way Mike handled it.

I actually don't understand any part of this post. If you're "in the business" you should know it's filled with those that are disingenuous to say the least. I've known Mike for years and while his methods may be a bit unorthodox they are most certainly not in anyway underhanded or dishonest like most "in the business." He's always been a straight shooter and completely transparent when it comes to representing buyers and sellers of not only Ferraris but other brands as well. I couldn't help but respond to this because I'm not sure why anyone would post such an utterly obtuse piece of nonsense without any basis for doing so. If you have specifics or have personal knowledge of someone's wrong doings related to the members on this forum than state it clearly. Otherwise I think the moderators here should be more diligent in flagging comments like this as inappropriate and not permit them.

 

I wanted to write something up as I just purchased a 95’ F355 GTB from Mike. I’ve been talking to him for over a year about 355s and he was always helpful and quick to reply. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time. I was even more impressed when we finally came together on a car he had for sale. I was hoping for an F1 and Mike got me into a 6 speed…the car has exceeded my expectations. I brought over 100 classic cars and this by far was my favorite transaction and I will consider Mike a lifelong friend. It’s hard to find someone nowadays that replies and is available like Mike, his communication is outstanding. It was definitely a different buying experience in the best way possible as I always look forward to our conversations. We always have good laughs… If you ever get a chance to purchase a car from Mike don’t hesitate as he is a man of his word and a great source of knowledge.Thanks again Mike…. I smile every time I get to look or drive the F355!

 

Mike was great to work with. He understood my concerns being a first time buyer and the transaction went smooth. I consider him a friend now. I was nervous to say the least, but he calmed me and made it a great transaction. Still have the car and LOVE IT.............
