    That will do it.

Edit: So, Chris and Dan are gone for sure (confirmed by themselves here). Josh apparently as well (per someone else). Who is running it then?

Apparently... This is really bad news for everyone that was hoping to get their cars and issues resolved. My hopes and prayers are with all those clients awaiting resolution.

    Hello All,

EAG has reorganized its core team around top performers going forward and is very much engaged and available to discuss any questions in regards to the product.

Deliveries have picked up pace significantly despite recent departures from various departments. Our main focus is accelerating deliveries on the existing projects. The shop is very much in prime condition with techs moving conversions along nicely.

We are taking orders for 360/430 and 575/599/612 platforms at [email protected]

Anyone with any questions about whom to contact existing client or new, please email us at this email address and a member of the team shall respond swiftly.

wow, I’d love to hear comparisons with your gated scud. The only car I could imagine I would trade my gated 430 for is a converted CS!

ya exactly. No idea. I'm sick of seeing the topic over and over... and my old makes me click on it to show it as read.... wish you could selectively choose to not see certain threads.

Fortunately, you can literally unsubscribe from thread notifications on a thread by thread basis. That, or “unwatch” it.

Might be nice to state exactly who the current members of the EAG Team actually are, since at least three of the recently added members are now gone.

the CS is more emotional than the scud and better balanced. its much more predictable and now the car is much more fun shifting and low revs and slower speeds, which accounts for most of the driving we do in the metro nyc area. the scud is almost too much care for a stick but i will never convert my scud back to f1.

So who is the EAG team now?

Without some explanation not sure how you expect any future business from members here.

Some transparency on your situation to explain what has happened may be helpful in your case...especially with such a poor reputation on customer service...

EAG are offering the Ferrari version of "eternal life", so despite the clearly huge risks associated with sending your car to them, and parting up front with a vast sum of money, people are so desperate for a manual conversion they still take the plunge anyway.

This so far has obviously fully funded the business model.

Seems it's either Arts way, or the highway for both customers, and the staff coming on board and trying to turn the supertanker that is the SS EAG around.

Enter those dire straits at your peril, but sooner or later someone else is going to come along and build the equivalent of the Suez Canal for manual conversions, and then just hope your car is not one of those gathering dust at their premises when the gates close for good.

Dr. S already has a kit out with parts that are much closer to OEM than EAG for the 360/430 for less than half of the price. It's just a matter of time before someone comes out with a 599 option.

Funny, when Chris Heuss started this thread cynical me heard The Who's lyric "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss." Now it turns out the *new * new boss *is* the old boss.

I suspect when all is said and done, the conversions will drop below F1's in value. The craze will end, people will realize that the conversions have warts and many were done on the cheap or poorly. The result will be that the remaining F1's will rise above the conversions and the OEM gated models will take the cream. So before you plunk down your money for the conversion, be sure you're doing it for the right reason. It isn't going to be a money maker so unless you plan on driving the doors off the car, you're likely on a fool's errand.

Interesting how EAG has tied their debt to a market with an extremely limited lifetime and mounting heavy competition. I would guess that EAG will end up in bankruptcy before long and a lot of cars will be left in pieces with nobody to pick them up except the owner of the car. Good luck!
