I recalled when my wife received the news, the doctors prognosis were very negative. Literally thought we gave hours left in life… ultimately, you’re no different to two weeks ago.. just you have more knowledge of what’s happening and able to plan what you can do about it. Fight the good fight as they say and stay strong. I’m happy to chat if needed.

Called my daughter this morning and she started crying which had the same effect on me, hard for a father to hear his baby girl cry and not be affected I appreciate the heartfelt thoughts from all, still disgesting all the info and my brain is always running at a million mile an hour solving problems for work and I have always solved my problems in my sleep ...... just waiting for the lightbulb moment for this ssue
I sympathise.. it’s like reliving my nightmare but I’ll let you know what little I know..Let the experts do their thing You just have to make the decision when the time comes to decide. All you can do is to knowledge up so you can make the best decision you can at the time. Saviour the moments and always don’t left anything unsaid or questions unasked.
John I came on here for the first time in some years only to stumble onto your bad news. Fool that I am, I can't work out how to message you privately. I just wanted to pass on my very best wishes in this tough time. You're a fighter, and a good one at that, and a good bloke to boot and I know you can get through this. Well, not good news yesterday but I'm going to get a second opinion, see the local oncologist Wednesday, Sydney Friday, friends Saturday then off to the GG on Sunday Still processing the info
Thanks Rob, the GG is a must for me and a lot of the guys that do this event as we enjoy driving and the company at night
