I think all car brands that westerners can buy are in a monopoly (harmonized crap designs) and with the main reason being the fall of the petro dollar as a world reserve currency theres a shift to nuclear energy and reducing Iranian, Russian, and Saudi oil profits.
I believe the shah of Iran said that the early 70's oil crisis was artificial which brought about the shift to compact cars.

Could be another brand, at a glance - or a new supercar entirely? Some cool stuff goin' on - dig the active quarters & optional wing - and also a reminder that Pininfarina sure knows how to tailor a suit. Bet it's a blast!

They are trying so hard to please the government and it's mandates by getting people to buy more of them. All the best designs are EV, and no they do not make money. So many problems with the planned switch to EV it's not funny. Toyota is the only large auto company with a brain. They already know it won't happen like the gov thinks it will.

The first Allemano bodied 5000 GT constructed, this Maserati features unique “Indianapolis” script on the rear fender, a different grille design, and a unique dashboard arrangement. Completed in October 1961 and finished in stunning Grigio Montebello (Silver) and trimmed with red leather interior, the Indianapolis Coupe was featured in the factory Maserati brochure announcing the model and on the cover of Auto Italiano magazine. The first owner, Mr. William H., Brown, was a wealthy Pittsburg, PA industrialist who visited Italy to take possession of the car. He drove the car throughout Europe and returned to Maserati requesting that it be specifically tuned and then tested to ensure it could achieve the advertised 168mph top speed

rear 3/4; not so good. body aft of the mid-rear wheel arch loses the (simplicity) plot.
overall; black lower 1/4 fails in its attempt to disguise the brick that it is -
(insert Louis Kahn brick quote here)

It would be interesting to see the clay development. My speculation is that they struggled to get the rear, including the transition from the rear wheels to the back, into something they liked. The horizontal line coming off the rear wheel flare seems to have no relationship to the rest of the form language.

As our friend The SketchMonkey would probably opine- "needs slightly rounder wheel arches and C8 tail lamps mounted vertically."

An improvment no doubt; perhaps just a smidge higher to mimic the fromt sidelights?

I tink this was posted by Alfa Romeo, but I can't find the link. T33e?
Hope they don't try to be 'exclusive" and build50 or 100 at some stupid price point.
With current e-tech, should be able to build this for $40-ishK with more than decent performance. Sell it for $94K, take your 50% margin and buils as many as you can sell. Nah, that'll never happen...
