Can you disprove it or?????? Dont take my word for it, google " FIA radiing Redbull Milton Keynes HQ " some good little pictures and drawing you can do. Here is Hermit being interviewed about it.. " Helmut Marko telling Motorsport-Total.com that it’s “specifically” to do with “the RB17” as there were “people who worked partly here, partly there”." I guess like me, Hermit should get some proof about it too right?
LOL ****. I just gave you a direct quote from Hermit admitting they got raided because of the RB17. to me, his direct quote is all i need. plus its in the MK news paper with pictures of the FIA removing computers and files and so on fropmo RB hq in Milton keynes ........ But WTF ever mr Bas. let me guess, the FIA brought the computers from Redbull from Ebay and couldnt afford the postage yeah?
Thanks for that I guess. Spelling it backwards is probably not as clever as you think it is though. Yet, no evidence still. Just a ''why dont' you google it'' to something that yields 9 results on google so...Evidence?
This is turning into a wonderfull weekend....the air is so clean.....the birds sing.....so refreshing....
No need to go that far! Mauro Forghieri in his days, Gordon Murray, etc... Admittedly, they didn't reign as long as Newey, whose first very good car was the 1988 March 881. So, 35 years and running...how is it possible that one man: - stays at the top of his game for so long (and is really way above the others today) - that no one has been really challenging him? Rgds (I wonder why is that this thread is so peaceful and civil today?)
I clearly remember the March leyton house. At times this car already looked like a spaceship compared with others. I was at the Paul Ricard in 1990 and Prost needed all his skills to beat in the end the poor Capelli driving a car powered by a really weak Judd V8..
Even the massively underpowered 2014-2018 cars still managed wins, sure some through the misfortune of others but still meant they had to be the next fastest out there.
I don't disagree that teams are finding ways around the resource and budget limits. Easy to speculate when teams are bringing loads of massive updates... like Mercedes. It is strange how you ignore Mercedes bringing update after update, B spec every year, etc etc, but you want to say Red Bull are cheating by developing it's Formula 1 ground effects with the Valkyrie. The fact you even suggest something so ridiculous shows you know absolutely nothing about what you are claiming. A several year old car that doesn't even get seen by Newey anymore and you are saying it helps develop the latest F1 car. I will let you know when I stop laughing.
So, Toto denies Lewis a $250 million ambassadorial role for Mercedes, that's $25 million per year for 10 years. Also, Toto told Lewis to forget about the emotional winnings of Mercedes winning again. Time to move on Lewis........the days of making $50 million per years plus bonuses are over.....and so is winning a whole season.
"After Toto Wolff rejected $25,000,000 demand, Lewis ordered to "forget the emotions" for Mercedes to win again." www.essentiallysports.com
I don't blame him for trying to get as much as he can, nor do I blame Frankenstein for telling him to piss off.
Hamilton doesn't fill the criteria to become ambassador for Mercedes, IMO. He is too controversial and not overtly popular, using the media for his own agenda. I think that Nico Rosberg could be a candidate for the job: he is a likeable ex-champ.
Agreed. Lewis is way too complicated outside the track and the the folks (shareholders) at Mercedes to include their sponsors would not like it Nico is more reserved outside the track and doesn't complicate his lifestyle according to his beliefs with regards to an ambassadorial role at Mercedes.
yup. And lets be honest. All they need to do is release a picture or video every now and then of Lewis driving one of their F1 cars and they get the same exposure for....zero.
With the world moving towards EVs you need an ex F1 driver spokesman like you need a hole in the head. LH is a very good driver that enjoyed vastly superior cars for a very long no time thanks to silly tokens, etc. MB knows this hence no rush to do a deal.
