I am selling a pair of bypass pipes for a Testarossa. These were made by Larini in 2020. I had these Cerakoted (thin ceramic coating) and wrapped in DEI Titanium wrap. The heat was reduced significantly and the tone increased. It was a great setup.

Below are four images. The wrap is unfortunately frayed in two spots. Not pictured (but included in the sale) are the longer bolts for the header flanges.

    Asking $900.

    Hi Jeff,

Thank you so much for your responses on my post about which exhaust system have people really been liking and you referred me to Capristo as well as possibly purchasing these cat delete pipes. I am not too familiar with the different parts of the full exhaust system. I assume by deleting the Cadillac converters the car will have a much more raw and deeper sound. Would that be a an accurate way to describe the exhaust using these pipes? I have the car registered in Montana so I can don't have to worry about passing emissions.

I ran these with the main catalytic converters in place and the stock muffler. I passed California smog with this setup.

When I installed these bypasses the car sounded like it should have from the factory. It increased the range of sound. More notes on the low end and high end. With a Capristo it will be magnificent.

I think I may go with a Tubi exhaust only because I can't seem to settle on what I like and I thought he might can get me supposedly give me a really great price. I saw a video of the Fuchs exhaust and it sounded great but I don't think they make those anymore.

Why have you decided to sell these pipes? Have you gone with a different set up recently?

My original plan was to modify the internals of a spare stock muffler (with a x pipe instead of the factory chamber) and have the pre cats bypassed with the factory bypass pipes. I wanted to keep the car looking stock but have fun with it.

But the factory bypass pipes aren't available. I could only find one bypass pipe from a wreck. The original US part is restrictive and has a bad layout for flow. Anything is better than that. I cut up a spare muffler, made the design, but I couldn't locate the factory bypass pipes so I went aftermarket. When I did that I liked the look of it in the engine bay. Then I decided to go full aftermarket. Since I love seeing the Japanese tuning scene I went with a valved Kreissieg with cats. It was either keep it stock looking or go crazy aftermarket. It sounds absolutely nuts. It replaces everything past the headers so I no longer need these pipes.
