That is just amazing and my mind can’t quite comprehend that level. Love it. Sorry for the delayed response, by the way, as I was figuring out how to get a cash advance on a credit card to help with my car payment this month…and it was quite complicated.

As for your second paragraph, you’ll have to hang on a sec; I’m googling most of those words for clarity.

Come on, Revuelto has a NA V12, how is that suspect on the ICE space? What I am getting at is they are doing that car with a CF tub and Lambo doors for SP90 money. Who is providing more value and which car will run for a long time? I would say they took a lot of lessons from the Aventador in making this car.

My real point at a high level is Ferrari is the coolest car brand and offers the most in terms of lifestyle with their overall experience. The PS will be a hit in V12 form for the big clients and then a bigger hit in the xyz forms.

What would be the problem with hiring a single quality engineer from Toyota to get their heads out of their asses on that issue.

By the way, another lovely day in F1 for powered by Honda while the Ferrari F1 team couldn't even have tires ready for their top driver when he cam in to the pits.

Would you care to elaborate on how the 296 surpasses the SF90, driving wise?

Ypou keep talking nonsense even after multiple owners telling you otherwise.

Regarding the Revuelto, it sounds amazing as a recipe, but usually Ferraris drive better than their Lamborghini opposite numbers.

Was the stop sale order on the 296 nonsense or the recall on the braking systems for multiple product lines?
We are talking about the coolest cars on earth, look at the 812 Comp Aperta Mr. Lee got, the car is nuts.
Don't be so touchy, their quality could be a lot better, they just have to focus on it.
The company has stones to bring product, look at the grumping they got on the FF, a car with real back seat room and essentially laid the ground work for the PS.
It is a mystery to me why you don't hear them man up and say our quality is not where is should be and we are getting after it.
Last point, look at the what comes out of the paint shop, local detailers make a killing on paint correction. Should that be the case at these price points?

Do you happen to know which was the car company with the most recalls last year? Toyota! Recalls are not bad, it shows that the company cares about faults and tries to fix them.

I am not touchy regarding Ferrari, I am touchy when it comes to uninformed opinions! Want to denigrate Ferrari? Feel free to do so, where denigration is due. Their sales policy in the US is akin to extortion. Their products though are first rate!

I currently have a Lusso and have a Purosangue on order. I intend to keep both for a while to decide which I like better.
Those of you that own a Lusso, and have driven the Purosangue, can you comment on the relative "feeling" of both cars?
Can you tell if the Purosangue "feels" faster and more nimble than the Lusso?
Which would you keep if you only wanted one?

Can’t tell if you are serious or not. If so, the PS replaces the Lusso as the four seater model. Same as the FF replaced the 612.

I was serious actually (for once)... I didn't know that. I didn't know the 612 was even part of that type of car... Thought the 612 was like a newer 456, like a family Ferrari type thing... then the FF and Lusso, I thought were the same station wagon cars, different names in different years type thing and then the Purosangue being the first and only SUV-- thank you!

Numbers are fun and let's have another round of fun

A giant company like Toyota will have large scale numbers to go with it, I agree.

From the whatever website (link below) for 2021 here are some warranty expenses as a percentage of sales, MB 2.8%, BMW 2.1%, Honda 1.5%, Toyota 1%
From the 2022 Ferrari annual report, they allocate 4.75% of sales for warranty expense, so 4 times Toyota and then some.

I still think the 296 GTS is the coolest car on the road.

Clear differences…4 doors vs. 2…back seat passengers can be adults. Lusso and PS both drive like Ferraris, but PS uses suspension magic to make you believe. Styling is personal, but in the flesh there is no comparison for me. PS looks like it supposed to look for it’s intended purpose. Lusso is an acquired taste.

Well, that is how I have always thought. Ferrari would have the coupe and then an analogous four seater…. This time the four seater announced before the two. And this time four doors. I kinda looked at the V12 four seat and V12 two seat having similar design cues in same generations. 575-456 go together. 599-612 go together, F12- FF, 812-Lusso, 167(812 replacement)-PS. You are not wrong about the PS being a new category!

    I could be totally wrong.

I think I delved into that in the 296 or SF90 forums. Suffice to say it’s all about weight. I tracked both cars and was disappointed in the Assetto Fiorano SF90 on track. It was just too heavy to be effective in stopping and turning compared to the 296. The 296 is faster and has better brakes than the Speciale and Pista. Ferrari produced the SF90 XX for a reason.

I just paid my deposit today to get one in 2027, hopefully I will be able to move up the list or maybe I will just buy one that someone didn't like. Anyway, the deposit was steep compared to what I paid on the 812 and Portofino M which is finally arriving after almost 2 years.

Were you told that your PS would be a V12 in 2027? So many rumors regarding a potentially restricted production of the V12 variant.

A four-year deposit! The dealer will be making some nice interest off of that cash. We are all glutens for punishment given the vagarities of how Ferrari operates. Long live the horse! Congrats on jumping in line!

Oh I definitely complained about the size of the deposit for four years. It's annoying but whatever, I am 67 so I just hope to be alive when the car arrives. LOL!

I drove the Purosangue last week and I was totally impressed with how good it was! Actually, I was a little shocked!

It drives so flat and the noise is brilliant. It is without peer in every sense!

The only negative for me was the steering was still quite quick, not as bad as the Roma thankfully. And it did have a nice weighting to it.

I was originally going with Carbon exterior and carbon roof, however I prefer the Non-Carbon exterior and Panoramic roof as this vehicle will be used especially for snow trips with the family.

My dealer also confirmed that many owners that were going to be drivers are choosing no Carbon exterior too.
