I did a poor job of keeping track, so hopefully someone else will chime in.

Motion Products has said they will support 2024 in Elkhart Lake. So, we expect some interesting items from them/their clients.

Thanks for the update and I’m glad to read there were as many, but it has become little disheartening to see attendance, not to mention general use of them continually diminish in recent years.

Its very venue dependent. Venues with famous, storied race tracks always bring out more cars. Next year at Elkhart Lake they already have half as many Enzo Era cars committed as this event had total entered.

There is a great deal of truth to that. When you have best of show trophies on your mantle a club trophy becomes less important.

There are very generous collectors who do come, venue dependent. Being close to home Jon Shirley attended with some beautiful cars as did David MacNeil.
Next year we have committed many early cars and have been unofficially told a few well known collections will be there in force. Timing relative to Monterey and location of event and event race track were all challenges to attendance.

The number of VINs requiring correction was eye watering. One submitted was for a Porsche and another was for a Maserati. Missing only one was a miracle.

The number of specific cars already committed and the number of collectors who have committed in more general terms will make that event a very different situation. Organizers have been going to owners getting those commitments for some time already. One comment I heard is a well known collector will be emptying his wherehouse. Unlike previous years the show will not be held at the Ostoff, it isn't big enough. It will be at the track.
