430 Stuck in neutral for 30 seconds at stoplight

08 F430 F1 spider, only trans issue I ever had was with a low batter and getting all the E-diff/slow down warnings but that has been long gone after battery change. Drove it work in the morning, no issues. On the way home, about 2 km from work, pulled up to a stop light and shifted into neutral. Light goes green and it will not go into first. No beep (as if the brake pedal was not detected), no warnings pop up. I tried to restart the car twice, no help. Then, as I am flailing around with the paddles it starts working again. Must have been stuck for 30-45 seconds, seemed like an eternity with a row of traffic behind me laughing at the stuck Ferrari. Made it another 6km home with no issues.

I had it inspected for APK (Dutch safety thing) a month ago at a Ferrari specialist who gave it a through look over with no issues. Ideas? Bleed screws?
