So this is PS I found on Instagram, but I almost sure, that's gray one with filters. Does someone know or seen any PS in shades of Azzurro colors? It's so hard to choose the perfect one when there are just selection of pictures with maybe 10 different colors And sorry if that's silly question, since there are 279 pages here, but when first PS will hit the road? I guess then more colors will be pictured. Image Unavailable, Please Login
The body looks as ok as a compromised suv can The wheels are horrible though - they are similar to the Bentley Flying Spur wheels- it cheapens both cars- use the current crop of Ferrari wheels which are monochrome Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Not sure what all these haters doing in this forum!!! How many Ferraris have all these haters owned to judge the car before it’s even out yet! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I really don’t understand the hate either on this one… I dislike SUV’s. I don’t like the wheels and some other designs of the PS but I still think it’s a pretty cool Ferrari. What I do hate is the price; I think it’s beyond ridiculous….. BUT it’s in same price as RR Cullinan so given those two choices, I’d definitely take the PS. The only Ferrari hate that makes any sense is the looks of the 458, the Mondial and the 360 Modena. Now THAT makes sense [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I am also interested to know the name of this color. I feel like this is grigio titanio at base and the photographer added a stupid filter.
I'm no doctor but I'm observing some serious cases of Purosangue derangement syndrome around here. The vehicle is living rent free in some people's heads.
I have no hate in my heart for the PS. It’s in my head- the design is nice and I’m sure the driving fabulous for such a heavy car and I love the two additional seats in the back- but for the price the engine should have had more hp (yeah I know plumbing etc but Ferrari engineers are the best ENGINEers in the world ) and those ugly wheels should be tossed and place some fine Ferrari racing wheels on there instead. If those wheels were on an SF or GTS or 296 everyone here would be screaming bloody hell. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I'm a bit lost on the Wheel comment. Are you talking about the wheels on the grigio titanio car in the photo above? If so, those are the same a most of of the SF90’s I have seen, including my spider. I like them and it seems a few others do also. In person the detail is quite interesting.
That’s the problem with most haters here as they’ve never been near an actual Ferrari nor owned one let alone evaluating a PS in real life Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
I actually don't care for the SF90 wheels or the similar ones on the PS at all but that sounds a bit nitpicky... I think the PS is quite nice overall although I hate SUV's and haven't even seen one in person.... People being way too critical imo... it's a great vehicle although the price is extreme.
Actually they sacrificed top end power for low down torque, as the priorities are different for such a vehicle.
As is most on this site: beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The PS is a beautiful SUV but not a beautiful car. Am I nitpicking about the wheels yes because I am partial to monochrome wheels like the race wheels on my 812 and GTS or the standard wheels I had on my 458/488 series cars. These dual color laser cut rims imho look cheap whether on the PS or SF90 compared to the classic Ferrari wheels. As for the comment by REALZEUS about higher torque and lower hp - yeah I agree SUVs need more torque lower in the curve but this is no ordinary SUV. It’s the Ferrari of SUVs. The prime reason most of us have loved Ferrari engines ( the NA ones at least) is you had to climb the rev ladder to really enjoy what those engines could do and sound like. It has always bugged me when motorcycle manufacturers would take a splendid sport bike engine and neutered it with more torque Lower down and sacrificing the higher hp and revs in return on their standard bikes. Only recently do you see more and more manufacturers leaving the engine alone for those who want top tier performance in a more comfortable package. Ferraris have existed to showcase their horsepower and torque came as a byproduct of those high revving engines. Turbos have changed what many feel in their cars and Ferrari is no exception- higher torque with less revs. If Ferrari was sticking it showcase V12 into its SUV and charging exorbitant prices it should have given the buyer the full Monte- undiluted by the engineers. It is also why I never warmed up to the Lusso with its slightly neutered engine. This is all of course MHO and many of you probably disagree. But if I spent $500K+ on an PS with the V12- I would be royalty pissed when Ferrari 2 years later comes out with its turbo V6 hybrid with 820+ hp for a similar price or a VS version with the 812C unadulterated version stuffed in there. My V12 PS would then by joining the long line of depreciation specials which Ferrari has been quite good at selling to us all (me included)over last 15 years or so. You'll find much hate on this car here. It comes down to one of 3 things. 1) My car is the 'best' - anything else is crap. 2) Ferrari (the company) is/has been the best, and this has ruined it 3) Ferrari is crap; this is yet one example. For #1, They have to convince all of us by saying how crappy your car is. For #2, folks have been saying Ferrari is ruined for decades, which is odd since folks seem to forget its raison d'etre was not to make the finest cars in the world. If they hate what's going on in F1, I'll gladly share that sentiment. For #3, Haters are some of the most miserable folks in the world; having us sharing in that is just part of the plight that afflicts them.
I could not agree with you more. SF F1 is broken, now that's the real criticism that I can't defend in any way. I have to eat the poop and smile.
