I had a carbon center console made for me a few years ago and only realized a few months ago it’s for a Spider/GTS. I actually sold an OE carbon center console for a Berlinetta years ago, not knowing there was a difference between GTB and Spider GTS. I suppose the GTS one works on a Berlinetta as well. It just comes up short in the rear like the GTS version to create room for the targa. https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/used-genuine-f355-carbon-center-console.548072/ Here’s the one for the Berlinetta I sold years back. It’s longer, but apparently I didn’t notice that at the time.
According to the description, it is an overlay piece and nicely done. But like Cedric mentioned, you need the original bezel to overlay. They're discontinued... as of recent. Ask me how I know . I'm looking for that bezel as well. I believe you already have the bezel. You can send it to MaCarbon or my recommendation for overlay work. Considering it's discontinued, I wouldn't touch it. It seems like the bezel has the OE sticky finish as well. Not sure. Might want to get it refinished if it does.
Yes this part is sticky, i refinished it and bought an other one for carbon covered. An other part for instrument to. This is my tunnel, with céramic coating Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login

Was this ever completed? Has anyone completed the FHP upgrades and able to report back? Does anyone have a Fiorano suspension ECU for sale or has anyone tried re-mapping the standard suspension ECU?

There is someone with a spare ECU from a recently wrecked car that may consider selling it...it won't be cheap though. Last I recall there was no success in the remapping endeavour. The demand for such a thing isn't really enticing enough for those that are capable of doing it.
I’d confirm the rear lower forks on the car before purchasing the ECU just to reassure it was in fact an FHP car.
“No one has fully installed the kit as per factory suggested yet.” You have most of it there, but it is not 100% complete as per factory suggested. Lower forks are not yet installed. Your rear bushings are hard challenge spec while your front bushings are soft OE spec. That will throw off the feel as per factory suggestion. You’re better off running challenge bushings front and rear. Sway bar bushings can make a big difference in how the car responds.
All the correct parts are listed here. If one wants to improve on it, it is welcomed, but this is the setup as the factory suggested in 1998. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Are you interested in a car with FHP? I ask because this FHP kit pieced together individually is near impossible to accomplish.
