F50 in between an F40 and Enzo during one of my visits to the Ikonick Collection in Miami, March 2021. Chassis # unknown, but a US car. If I remember correctly, this car was not actually part of Barry Skolnick's personal collection but was being stored/displayed for a friend or associate. There was a Rosso Corsa LaFerrari there as well, out of frame, in addition to a Nero LaFerrari. Both coupes. No 288 though! Last year this collection and art gallery was largely disassembled to make way for some sort of DuPont Registry showroom. Not sure of the current status of where all the cars are now - there were 70-80 on display and apparently another 20-30 in storage, up for rotation. Interesting car this, most of its competitors from the period have gone back to their standard road configurations as that seems to be where the value is. Is there an enhanced sum for an ex gentleman racer version to be restored to the time it was covered in random stickers of the era it ran around UK tracks?

It's Dugan Enterprises www.duganenterprises.co in Oceanside California, they have restored a number of cars for myself and my clients from 2015 onwards, I saw F50 103496 there multiple times all apart being restored from circa 2018 onwards. My notes show this F50 31/349 left Maranello in Rosso Barchetta and was new to Ian Hetherington, who UK-registered it N 50 GTB. It then raced in the Goodyear Maranello Ferrari Challenge from 1998 to 2000, with 1st places at Brands Hatch, Zolder and Donnington twice. Then it was sold to Preston Henn in Florida USA, who painted it yellow. Agreed, Rosso Barchetta is absolutely stunning for an F50 and sets it apart from all the Rosso Corsa cars, I think just 8 cars were finished in that color (Marcel correct me if I'm wrong) and I know a USA owner who paid a premium for another car of that livery. A new pre production car listed by DK engineering with a video showing some of the differences. I notice that the rear glass is similar to car no 1 belonging to Dennis in Miami, and I know 99999 doesn’t share this feature, but it makes me wonder if any other cars have more similarities.

Correct, bidding was good for such a high-dollar car on a 3-month-old platform, but it didn't reach the $4.75-5m USD guide price.
About to get F50 JF all wrapped up and done and then I said one more thing still. So I decided to order a new Ferrari tank and sponges. Then why not new tyres (the car still has its original delivery Goodyear tyres on). It seems never ending. So they just arrived at Maranello Classic Parts and I picked them up a few hours ago to transport them to DK Engineering for fitting. You mean the Daytona SP3? Its rear tyres are 345/30/21. The F50's rears are 335/30/18. Am I missing something here?
No, Realzeus, you are not missing something and you are right: the SP3’s are actually 1cm wider as you pointed. When on the car, it looked quite smaller (given how large and imposing the SP3’s back is) compared to the F50’s naked tyre on its own… Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
