What I find interesting about the YES/NO referendum is ...I think most of us on here who will vote NO are NOT doing it along loyalty or party lines but research and fact an example would be listening or reading Price's address yesterday, while I feel many on the Yes vote side are doing the YES vote along loyalty to party NOT fact or reason. An example the people in my area voting YES many out of loyalty to a TEAL in the Ryan woman.Who is pushing the YES campaign along . People like Kerrari who have NOT done their research ..voting along party lines of the far left or the Greens.

So what type of housing DID / DO they want? I’m curious because they don’t seem to be complaining? Except when there is a problem with it or their Landcruiser. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Of course they don't want a suburban house - you, of all people, should know that one of the key requirements for remote area indigenous housing for the last 40 years is that it should be very, very difficult to burn down.
The Registrar for Aboriginal Torrens Strait Islander Corp this year deregistered just! 325 Aboriginal Torrens Strait islander Corporations that failed to lodge reports ........fricking hopeless. One can see how well the Voice recommendations will work And ATSIC total criminal failure and waste of 1.1 billion p/a
If she is that concerned donate her flat to the cause.Go outback and help, but NO typical hypocrite leave the hard work to others and just mouth off .
There are no ELECTED BY ABORIGINAL people advisors; nor any formal process such as the Voice would provide. Problem is now you have individual persons/ associations/ businesses lobbying ministers. Again I ask, what possible harm could come from having a representative group discussing with government?
ATSIC members were never elected; that was a big part of the problem. They were appointed by the government of the day without consultation with the people they were supposed to representa.
Because there isn’t a framework in place, that’s what we’re voting for - to put that framework in place. So it will NOT be at the whim of ministers, governments.
Well if things were better before us whitey's got here, why not just give them the housing they had before then? Oh wait.
I dunno... I think I'd rather the government being run by the whim of ministers and not a minority group. The voice may not hold legislative power over government, but that's like saying feminism doesn't hold power over employment law.
