After over two years and more than 180 pages, this thread is starting to get a bit confusing. Since old, disproven assumptions (no split rear window in corvette style: #3552) keep coming up here, I have compiled all of day355's statements about the F167 again. I read this(these) thread(s) very carefully and always take screenshots of the important posts. Maybe this will also help newcomers to get an idea of the vehicle. And day355 is the only person here who has already seen the car. Is he credible? I think so! Look at the detailed information below. And we can check this information after the presentation of the F167. Did he forget something? Oh yes, the pics...:D

    - Complete opposite of the 812, so fluid and pure (thread: Ferrari Will Turbocharge Its V12, Factory Sources Say…??? #25)
    - Much better curves than the 296 GTB (thread: Ferrari Will Turbocharge Its V12, Factory Sources Say…??? #29)
    - Most powerful than 812SF (#194)
    - No hybridization (#141 #346)
    - More beautiful than an F12 (#264)
    - More scuplted than a Roma and with more sporting presence (#267)
    - Digital interior (#300)
    - F167 is not a Roma; visual impression of more compactness than 812 (#403)
    - Hybridization? (#459 #468)
    - Reverse design of the 812, much simpler/more harmonious and the rear is the strong point (#995)
    - 36 mm shorter than 812 (#1248)
    - The roof is going to make a lot of talk (#1292)
    - The car is both: Modern and simple (#1313)
    - New management wanted to stop the project, but it was already far too advanced (#1405)
    - A very beautiful car that you will have to see on the street, in motion, clear reference to the past at the front (#1413)
    - Interior similar to the Purosangue (#1413 #1646 #2421)
    - F167 is a new car and no evolution of the 812 (#1634)
    - Simplicity in modernity which we have surely forgotten (#1733)
    - Performance is similiar to the 812 Comp., the design and innovations make the difference (#1733)
    - F167 is not a Roma, not an F12 phase 3, shorter than 812 (#1747)
    - “Definitely“ 100% NA on the F167 (#1755)
    - GTS version is planned as well following 6 months after coupé (#2069 #2577)
    - The (rear) lights are specific to 167 and to no other model (#2214)
    - The rear is the strong point of the car, very muscular (#2226)
    - Glass rear window (#2227)
    - Modern classic design (#2229)
    - F167 refers to the good times of Ferrari with nods to the past, opening of the bonnet is a spectacle (#2236)
    - Cockpit with similar style as the Purosangue, some touch buttons (start button) are under discussion (#2285)
    - Forget pretty modern tachometers (#2287)
    - Wheelbase is 33 mm shorter than 812 (#2313)
    - The 167s rear, moving in traffic will be exceptional, short and muscular (#2316)
    - As a modern classic, the car has its own codes, its own personality (#2421)
    - A detail on the side of the F167 is similar to the F12TDF/perhaps: small rear side window/C-Pillar? (#2473)
    - What is modern and simple? (#2696)
    - F167 is unanimous (#2702 #3503 and much more)
    - No hybridization, take-off early 2024 (#2809)
    - No big mouth as on the 812 (#2873 #2930)
    - More like the air intake on the SF90 (#2880 #2933)
    - Ther is no development V12 post 167 (and its variants), the car will not be limited (#3008 #3076 #4402)
    - Exhaust tips: round or rectangular? (#3364)
    - Cabin/Greenhouse is a bit more centered (#3389)
    - More elegant lines than a Monza or a Roma (#3403)
    - The exterior is made to age well (#3503)
    - The final model was approved by the surection at the end of January 2022 (#3551)
    - No back (rear window) like the 63s Corvette (#3552)
    - Presentation first on the end of 2023, then beginning (or mid) of 2024 (#3572 #3985)
    - Ultimately timelessness (#3592)
    - It will age well, it is a kind of concept (#3698)
    - Roma is “style“, 167 is “concept“; 812 and 167 are two opposites (#3875)
    - 4 cm shorter between the end of the front wheel and that of the windshield (#4070)
    - F167 is a “GT supersport“ (#4129)
    - F167 does not forget the virility and the muscles (#4224)
    - No bumerang headlights like 812SF (#4238)
    - GTS version will have a hardtop (#4277)
    - GTS mechanics and technology identical to the coupé (#4279)
    - Rear is extraordinary, and the 3/4 rear too; aggressiveness is more subtile than 812, nod to fighter planes (#4349)

Thanks to day355 for his effort!
Please correct me if I misrepresented anything.

I hope they do NOT use the same 812 rear glass. I genuine cannot imagine that the will.

Also we need to remember that this picture that my sketch is based on may have nothing to do with the 812 replacement. Or, if it does perhaps the unusual rear has to do with a spider variant and not the coupe. We will see. Also the center spine on the rear window could be a temporary brace during the construction process. Many possibilities….

Or it may be just a 812Competizione since at Ferrari they do know that satellites do exist, so it’s pretty sure that they won’t park a naked prototype on the outside.

Remember they did exactly that with the 488 Pista and we had a perfect spy shot of the front end.

Possibly they have a release calendar, internal milestones in the pre-production process, maybe they have a couple months margin should they need to speed up or slow down but essentially the car is not ready yet. Its not like they're sitting down with the car covered waiting for some date in 2024 to come.

Ehm the fact that the car is photographed while it's being tested, should be the proof that it isn't ready, not yet. Don't you think?

Headlights are hard to predict. I think it might resemble 275 gtb or 365 daytona/competizione(or a modern interpretation of it). The rear fender shape is heavily wrapped and might curve a bit deeper than we expect to produce a slight ducktail effect

    @day355

You know, with so many options on any Ferrari, could there simply be an option for an analogue gauge package (i.e. rev counter) ? Seems quite possible (along with side screens to configure the car's settings and view VDA, etc, like the current 812sf)

Understood, but I’d already been planning on which New Balance walkers I was going to wear when stepping out at Cars n Coffee in the last one made…before propping up the bonnet and setting the laminated build sheet on the rear fender.

This is a good idea with which I agree, but I do not think it interests those who decide...
