No for multiple dash configurations. The gauge cluster is a complicated ECM-based system and integrates directly with all of the cabin network devices and indirectly with other subnets through gateway ECMs. The testing required to offer different hardware/software packages would create test nightmares and produce even more software bugs they are famous for having in such a high-end car.
Well I can get that point. But what if the option was not "removing" anything from the current dash? Just basically taking the data already used in the digital dash and converting it to a mechanical tachometer?
It only makes sense that it’s a mild hybrid. For sure they will adopt an active multimatic suspension like the purosangue and the monster 6.5L motor is maxed out, so why wouldn’t they? It will add 30-50hp with little weight penalty and help power the suspension. Not a high voltage unit or a plug in hence no yellow stickers. Tine will tell but I’ve thought mild hybrid from day 1. Not day 355. Lol.
@Solid State Incredibly disappointing, more haptic, more digital, blah Image Unavailable, Please Login
Intereseting. The rear quarter window is tinier than I expect it to be, nevertheless the silhouette is definitely similar to ferrari 365. I like it, I have high hopes for the design of this car
similar to the 812 gts sound ( I had both ) but still different when the car move on .. imho there’s something different in the engine / exhaust. I am quite sure
I love how people here still somehow think that the interior wouldn't be full of screens and haptic "buttons". Of course it is. And of course the silhouette of the car is going to be similar to a 365, all front-engined V12 Ferraris are naturally related to each other in terms shape.
Looking more and more like tweaked 812- frame is the same- engine probably from the 812C- but with a softer suspension for the street- there will be front and side and rear end tweaks to make it look like a new design. It’ll be an F12 to 812 to… type of evolution (hopefully faster, better handling and better looking-to my eyes at least)- It’ll be a home run if they achieve that. thanks, but i´m not! im just adding my watermark to the picture and upload the photo on my instagram account.
Sound is extremely nice and better than the 812 GTS. The cars must also become louder again from the inside with more emotion. My guess is a newly developed V12 engine that is lighter and more economical & produces around ~ 820 hp + 40-50 hp hybrid support. 0-200 km/h must be achieved under 7.0 seconds. Price from 390000 €
These both Mules has german test drive plates from Heilbronn. Getrag is in Heilbronn. Seems that Getrag got the old Roma based mules for testing the drivetrain. The supervisor with the red jacket doesen't look like an italian, more looks like a german. Daniel
Hollow drony sound unmistakably GPF. Folks are getting used to this but it is a way step down from F12/812. High pitch is gone.
