    Took the Porker for a rural run today, 140 odd ks, 31 mpg, I'm warming to it, drove with the roof up and down, it has from memory and it has been a few years since I drove her with the hardtop off-But more wind buffing than the E-Type !

    The sunnies have fixed the reflection issue and are happy with the tyre pressures I set, very similar to the factory for a single person and luggage.

    The only thing I don't like when driven briskly through an off-camber corner, the car feels light and the electric power steering "woody"

    Why anyone would want more HP like that of the S model for road use is hard to understand.

    There used to be a town stage in Longford for Targa. It finished just before the pub, and everyone would pull in for a drink before heading back to Parc Ferme. Great spot.
