    Gracie weighs about 75 lbs and thinks she is a lap dog.
    Her father was a Bernese Mountain dog and her mother was a standard Poodle. she is 17 months old and the lovingest dog I ever knew.

    Your pup is Awesome! The closest I can come to that is having our three Cornish Rexcats (British Breed) in my lap at once… Total weight is ~17 lbs for all three combined…

    However, they crank out so much heat that you think a volcano is pouring hot lava in your lap! Rexcats have a higher body heat than normal cats and you feel like you’re going to get heat stroke when all three are in your lap.

    This is what he looked like when I found him. Huge patches of fur missing and a massive matt from flea "dirt".

    Do we have a pet? No. We regularly travel to other States and abroad, we like to go out a lot, it would not be fair for the pet.

    That's why I don't get a dog, having to be home to let it out 'all the time'.
    I'd LOVE to have a dog, but as you said, it's not fair to them if you cannot
    interact and play with them much.

    I was also debating getting another cat, but so far have not, reason being I'm
    getting old, if I move to an apartment most of them don't allow cats, and it's
    not fair to the cat to 'turn it over', poor cat wondering WTH it did wrong that
    made dad abandon it....
    My current and only cat is 16 now, when he goes I doubt I get another one,
    for the reason mentioned above.

    I've got 3 dogs, but there's only very specific cars I would let them in to. Love the roadsters, but never enough room for all the finds ;(

    Your Cornish Rexes are absolutely stunning! Especially the Calico which from what I understand is insanely rare, Thank you so much and I love yours too!
    Definitely an elegant trio you have, and I bet they’re just so loving.
    The ear cleaning, oh the ear cleaning haha.

    They are furry, mischievous little sweethearts… We have had only one Calico Rex, the one in the photo “Princess Naboo” was adopted as a wee kitten and was never shown.

    Our other similar kitty was an “ORC” “Other Rex Colour” - “Princess Caroline” was a veteran of the cat show circuit. We travelled around in several states near us showing her. She won more than a full size paper grocery bag of ribbons and special awards. She was also a multiple award winning kitty at some international cat shows.

    The dilute Seal Point female Rex “Watercolours” in the back (biggest ears) is a international regional champion. The red and white female on the front left “Luminara Unduli” is a double international champion…

    Here’s a shot of one of our other girls, “Adi Gallia” an international champion as well. We have been hooked on rexes for almost 40 years now when my sister allowed me to adopt one of her cats “Kibby” a dilute grey male Rex. The rest as they say, is history!!!

    We no longer show our kitties, as it’s a faff and a half going to shows frequently. I know what you mean about the ears and cleaning… We buy Q-tips by the 500 pack! Please give your kitty some whisker rubs from me… [emoji2]
