    Lewis Hamilton has been fined and reprimanded for leaving the live track after his incident with Russell.

    Lewis Hamilton has also been reprimanded, and fined €50,000, €25,000 of which is suspended for the remainder of the 2023 season on condition that there is no further breach of similar nature.

    Is that why Lando had to be told to cool the jets and hold position? The kids clearly good but he’s not about to suddenly blow Lando into the weeds. McLaren should be very happy with their drivers - they definitely got the best rookie this year. If they can show up with a decent car at the start of next season, it could make things interesting at the front (but only if Newey takes a very long holiday…).

    McLaren Team Principal Stella doesn't like his drivers fighting each other, and is afraid of them making contact (like at Monza).
    That's something that will have to be discussed and sorted out, since both drivers are close in ability.
    Since the car is nearer the front, the ambitions will be higher for Piastri and Norris and Stella will have to manage that !
    He won't be able to have them on a leash for ever, not chose who deserves to lead!

    A truly awful race. If it has to stay on the calendar, perhaps at a different (cooler) time of year. Pirelli has gotten lazy and needs some competition.
