First he fully blamed Russell (though as an initial, immediate reaction he's excused from that one) Then he said he'd play the team game and accept blame (so doing as he's told) Then he said it was his fault but a racing incident (uuh...what?) Then he finally said it was his fault hours later, followed by the hug video (thank god someone had a camera ready!)
I want to give Lewis the benefit of the doubt and I want to think he's man enough to admit his mistakes, but this is exactly what happened. Very convenient a camera was ready to capture the hugging apology that the Lewis fans are creaming over.
