Wanted Dino_308_GT4 script for rear trunk

Anybody willing to part with an OEM rear script that says Dino 308 GT4?

Seems like Ferrari had foresight in that nobody recognises the car without reading what it is

Black Barts Emporium used to be a huge source of OEM style repros like this.

Otherwise, you'll have to canvas all the usual Parts Recyclers

 

MPI has the Black Bart stuff now, or at least some of it.

Dont forget it should have the small engraved lines in between the letters and numbers. I would think Version 1 is the Original type as it matches the earliest advertise literature

 

I've been combing and trawling the internet since a while! Even mobilised the usual suspects in Italy that deal with leftover parts...

Did the prior companies fold? The inventory actually moved? Or they just absorbed them as subsidaries....just interested.

 

I think both Ted and the Black Bart’s owner died. And my understanding is that MPI acquired the inventory in both cases. I don’t know if MPI is carrying on with making/ordering the reproduction badges, stickers, etc. that BB did. Come to think of it, I think they might have bought Kilimanjaro also,

 

You are correct Kilimjaro retired and had a huge inventory of sticker label templates!

Good on Motion for picking these lines up...Trutlands had a pretty deep inventory, new and used parts

 

Sold! I won't have to explain to people what it is, they can now just read it off the trunk

 

Dario did indeed purchase my NOS trunk script so it is no longer available and going for a nice trip to France to ride around the back roads of wine country

 

People tail gate or pull up close at stop lights to try and see what it says
