I have driven the car approximately 80 miles. After driving it home, I put it on my lift. Today, about five days later, I lowered the car and noticed pink, slightly viscous fluid dripping near the right, rear passenger tire from some sort of overflow hose. From what I can discern, it looks like F1 transmission fluid.

Does this look like anything to be concerned about? Maybe this post will help someone else!

Its a coolant leak, probably a hose not tight enough

Usually when liquid dries like that with that white chalky appearance, that's gonna be coolant. Hydraulic fluid / oil doesn't evaporate that quickly or leave that type of residue. Could just be that your coolant overflow tank is dripping out a bit of excess overflow, although I am certainly no authority on the SF90.

As Vern mentioned above, it could just be a hose clamp issue as well, although that's a fairly large amount of coolant for just a hose clamp not sealing 100%

Looks like coolant. The SF90 has a DCG transmission not an F1 system. The cooling system in that car is quite complex with more than 1 coolant reservoir etc. Take it to the dealer.

I had the same thing happen on my 458 after it came back service recently. First thing service said was it just below a black hose? Turns out in my case it the overflow pipe from the steering fluid which can seep out after a drive especially since the steering fluid was drained and refilled on this last service. Only happened once and now the floors are dry and no issues with the engine.

It appears to be coolant. This is not uncommon as these cars need a bit of air gap in the reservoir system. If it is slightly over filled, it will purge the coolant when it sits and heat soaks a bit in the garage after a drive. I have seen it many many times. I would recommend a drive and park. I suspect you will see nothing further except good time and smiles driving that thing.
