I attended a Griot's event last weekend. 365Gt 2+2 #12563 was in attendance. it was a nice example, but seemed to be suffering from the rear self leveling shock syndrome.

It got me to wondering how many 365 GT 2+2's there are in the NW? I know of a Portland example owned by Don V.. My car is 12659, and i have owned it or the other way around since 1999.

    Cheers

I just got I got my Queen Mother 8 days ago. S/N 13121 (1970). Transmission and clutch are proving difficult to master (maybe a maintenance issue) and that makes driving (especially an a heavy traffic town like Seattle) less than pleasant.
    Still, she is gorgeous!

Beautiful car! Got mine in July, near your serial number. Mine is S/N 13149, white with a black interior. It managed to get 1st in class at the Concorso Italiano in Monterey this past August. Also working out some of the restoration and familiarity bugs.

Tipo, you mean 12483. Born Grigio Ortello 2.443.813.

12482 is a Dino 308 GT4 Coupé Bertone, originally painted rosso rubino, completed 10 June 1976 and delivered new to Crepaldi in Milan. Not a Queen Mary.

    Hi

Good news for you guys. Pirelli have made a fresh batch of the 205VR15 CN72 that were OE on the 365 GT 2+2

    https://www.borrani.com/ferrari-wheels/365-gt-2-2.html

does anyone know what year they changed to the 7.5" rim and 215/70VR15 tyres? my guess it was right toward the end of production in 1971

Just checking things out today and found that the headlights and the wipers are non-working. I haven't had need for either (and don't plan to) but it would be nice to have them working.
My first suspicion is the electrical work in the steering column. The turn signals work, so I know it;'s not all bad.
Is this a common problem or am, I just "lucky".
If you know of a place to start and some idea of how big a job it is.
    Thanks - Ed

It is apparently not unusual for the switch in the steering column to fail. My headlights would come on occasionally, but with one tiny spot on the rotation of the on/off switch. The steering wheel needs to be disassembled to get to it, requiring a puller to access the area of the switch after the wheel itself is removed. It turned out to have a broken wire in the switch which was resoldered. It is not uncommon to need the switch rebuilt.

Nice to see three wheel options on one page. They all look nice, but yours look the best to me.
