Bruh … they’re ALL F167. Some are are Roma bodied older generation mule. Some are highly padded over the final ACTUAL sheet metal F167 mule. Respect.
4re4ever answer is correct. The F167, which we talk about here in this topic, is the successor to the 812, and will be launched between the Finali Mondiali and the first half of next year. The answer above, from Forza Scuderia, is correct. The bodies with Roma panels were already the F167 in chassis, engine, suspension and gearbox tests. And the prototypes of the final F167 version appear covered and disguised in the photos. This post by user ohno (https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/posts/149319077/) has a summary of the F167 information that exists throughout the topic. Worth reading.
I will remind you of this post in the future when the new car is launched. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Can you please talk English and and be clear and tell everyone what you are going on about. Or why did you say anything in the first place.
Please do. Regardless of what final form the car takes … that does not … and will not … conflict with what I just said.
It's very hard to say for me aside from the fact that I have personally seen the new car coming in mule form and this is actually not the replacement for the 812 IMO. I hope that this makes sense.
Well if its not the 812 replacement what is it ??? and how do you know the one you saw is the 812 replacement ?
Ok, so this ‘back design’ is coming together now. I had seen a sketch awhile back and didn’t get the idea here. As day355 has said, the back is going to be the talking point. As it gets closer to reveal I keep thinking that the F12 is going to keep aging well, after 812 & F167 Designs. For me the way the designs have gone in the V12 line, one day F12 might be viewed as a modern day Lusso. F167 demand will be off the chart though..
Nice! I like the original shape of the rear window. Overall, was thinking same general shape, but with more details on the front fender—will post later.
I'm expecting rear lights to have similar shape to above sketch, but combined with Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale - style inwards section in them, reminiscent of fighter plane exhausts blasting fire. I think there might be a new trend developing here. Not expecting to see such a dramatic rear light implementation, though. Assuming no cuts to bodywork on the sides. Image Unavailable, Please Login
This thread is too long to trawl through so I'll ask instead.....Have we seen any interior shots of the 812 replacement yet? I'm hoping it has a centre touchscreen like the Roma and doesn't rely on the useless haptic steering wheel buttons to operate CarPlay like the SF90 and 296.
In this post (https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/posts/149319077/) there is a summary of information about the F167 contained in the topic, including the interior. Interior similar to the Purosangue. Haptics will be present, but we hope they have revised this and replaced it with some physical buttons. Post #2214 talks about specific rear lights for the 167 that are not from another model. This makes me think that the lights on the prototype that suggest it is a horizontal lightbar, may not be the definitive taillight, as the horizontal lightbar is present on the Daytona SP3 and SF90 XX. I really liked the result of the lightbar on the SP3 and SF90 XX, but it would be incredible if the F167 had round lights on the back. The round taillights, IMO, bring an "italianity" to the design. But I also think that a specific lightbar, merging with a subtle spoiler, like the KC23, would be incredible.
No. What did day355 (the only person here in the thread wo has already seen the new uncamouflaged car) told us? “The Roma prototype, despite what is said, is the development of 167. I confirm it again“ #1928 So, in this way your comment doesn’t make sense, sorry. What have you really seen? The Roma mule mentioned above? Or an uncamouflaged car...? No. day355 said: “What I can tell you is that the roof is going to make a lot of talk“ #1292 The roof and the back are not the same (but perhaps we have a combined solution between the two areas). No. day355 said: “Same style as the PS“ (PS = Purosangue) #1646 By the way, i'm not the secretary of day355...
Yes...... the roof was going to be talked about- I suspect panorama. But, what also was said and intrigued me was not that the rear was supposed to be shorter but rather with respect to the rear IIRC: sic "what Ferrari hasn't done for a long time...." which to me said a trunk and the F167 being a coupe and not a 3 door hatchback. The fighter jet/canopy reference was just more greenhouse.
